Wrong sizing, the material is poor. The sizes sent do match what was order. Asked for a refund and was offered replacements at $15 postage costs. I am still waiting for confirmation of the replacements being sent. The companies communication is terrible. Keep clear of this company once they have your money it appears that if the order is incorrect they go into stealth mode. DO NOT USE.

Unfortunately, despite numerous emails on my behalf I have had a very negative experience with Mary’s Tanks. My initial order of 2 tanks were too small. I was offered alternatives for return or replace. So many promises with no results. Still waiting after 2 months to get what I expected. Daisy and Shan, I am still awaiting your promises to actually happen. Once I get my product I doubt I would deal with them again. Susan - Melbourne.

Marys Tanks do not do what they say. Sizing is sketchy, fabric thin with NO support. DO NOT SUIT bigger breasts
My $10 KMart Cotton bra is a better product. Shipping took forever. For me its zero customer satisfaction. Do not buy these if your are mature big boobed gal.

I was so happy with the whole process plus once I received my goods that fitted really well, thanks to the size guide, & just so comfy. Would highly recommend

Gotta say it: we big old ladies are desperately in need of these wonderful things - *especially* b.o.l.s with small boobs !
I very much look forward to the day when Mary Tanks manufacture more sizes.

Not at all happy with the tank .It is extremely small,but also bra top is useless as a bra and puckers.The most important problem though is poor quality,not stitched on edges ,just a raw cut and some heat seal.Very disappointing.

Prompt reply and offer to replace items.
Excellent customer service

I had a query re sizing, so emailed via the contact form on the website. I got an immediate reply which explained clearly what I needed to know.

I ordered several items and received a confirmation that they had been shipped. A few days after that I got an email that their carrier was a bit behind getting their orders into the system. Today, a week later, I get an email saying that the size I ordered in one of the items isno longer available and did I want them to send the next size down so clearly my order was NEVER shipped. I have requested cancellation of entire order as it's not clear if this is a scam or just incredibly poor customer service.

Very quick response but issue not resolved. It's not a customer service type fix, so I can only commend the speed and politeness!

Sizing is totally off, these are not made in Australia for regular size women. My size Large was to fit their recommended size 10DD. There is no support built into the garment at all. It rides up. The edges at neckline, shoulders, bottom are not hemmed, they are straight cut raw edge. The fabric is thin, flimsy and nothing like the promo photos. Received 50% refund due to my complaints. Would not recommend this product.

I received my order today and am absolutely disgusted with the quality on the product. I ordered 3 which was my mistake. I should have just ordered 1 to try them out. They are nothing like what is advertised. They are cheap and nasty, the material is so flimsy, they just look so cheap. They are only lined in the front to under the bust so the white one is so see through, the material is so thin. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy them. I contacted them straight away and they offered me a 50% refund & I could keep them. Why would I want to keep them, they’re rubbish. I said I would return them for a full refund, they told me they don’t do refunds 😡😡😡😡

Unless you are several sizes smaller than you actually are and don't mind a poor, unfinished product, don't use this company.
Once you discover that you have made a mistake, you are then faced with the painful process of getting 20% back of your original purchase price.
This is a perfect example of their marketing photos failing to come close to reality.

My items that I ordered didn't fit, the items were replaced and was aloud to keep the original items.
Correspondence was excellent and very quick....very happy
