Received the "silver" earrings I had ordered. These earrings have never seen silver. Shoddy looking, poorly made, and not even close to the depiction in the ad.
Mary, whoever she is, should be ashamed of herself

SCAM. Search marysgems.com Same people using different images, and no Mary(fake). The jewelry is gumball machine quality. Take heed of this warning. I learned the hard way and lost over $100.
My experience with Mary’s Gems was ultimately very
positive. when one of my orders turned oit to be less than the quality I had expected, she quickly made things right by sending me a new piece.
Total scam! I ordered three pair of “vintage” earrings. Cheap, poorly made, and one did not look anything like the image displayed. I contacted them and their reply was “it meets the specifications” and is what “we send.” Instead of a light cream colored mix with bits of silver, I received a brown and black oval that feels plastic. She advertises making jewelry in her “shop” but my items were shipped through the port of LA. On the website her Trustpilot scores are good. How I wish I checked here before!
Stay away! She’s a scam!
If there were a ‘0’ stars … Mary’s Gems would get it! A scam. This woman (!) has been ‘going out of business’ for months, and continues to scam any takers. I ordered 4 rings — and professionally measured sizes. Three rings were WAY too small, and one was shoddy workmanship — an outer ring not even soldered to a closed ring! When I complained, she offered to replace ONE ring, and then when I made a choice for that ring … she reneged on her offer saying the time since original order had expired. This was because it took her THREE MONTHS to fill the original order! Oh my, don’t be fooled by this rotten person who tries to present an image of fairness and quality — neither of which apply to this scamming ‘business’. Please … stay away. I will report everywhere I can as I was cheated out of a fair amount of money — not to mention that my 3 daughters didn’t receive gifts they could even wear. ‘Mary’ is a lying thief.
this is 100% a scam. You will get some type of ring, but certainly not anything you’d like or quality. Websites with little old granny ladies looking like they’re Mary have been spotted online selling the same exact merchandise. Beware!!
I mistakenly received the wrong size ring. I contacted Mary’s Gems who were very apologetic and offered to send me another product from their store at no cost. I found them to be very professional and responsive.
I have found 2 websites with exactly the same content, just a different "sweet older lady" in the photo. (SEE "HELENS GEMS" ALSO)
The "About Me" content is identical (apart from the photo and fake location) Both are now in "Closure sale" so the jewellery is hugely reduced - but - this could be one of hundreds of stores scamming Australians.
I ordered some pieces from "Helens Gems" as the photos look lovely. I received some jewellery but it was VERY cheap, fake Aliexpress USD1.00 jewellery.
