Very disappointed, still haven’t got my order.
I ordered a month ago and haven’t received any update on my order. It was supposed to arrive within 4 to 10 days. I contacted the shop several times, through email and through the website chatbot and haven’t got a single answer. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and support with the costumer. I’m afraid I have lost my money without receiving the item I purchased.

Clear communication, great products
Clear communication, the owner is very talkative and willing to help. I ordered some of their spring bars (mostly to try them out for Nato straps), various thicknesses. I ended up with 2.5mm for Omega Planet Ocean, since I can still slide the strap under the spring bars and it gives me the safest feeling. Spring bars look great. During packaging, a mistake was made, but the owner quickly fixed that by providing the requested product. Highly recommend, will order more goods, for sure. 1 star down for the delay (it took roughly a week to process the order).

Amazing Service, Great Communication!
Ordered a Pin/Federsteeg for my Garmin watch. Just to mention, it’s an 8€ item plus shipping from France to Germany.
The pin didn’t fit, so I contacted Masar and got a response within hours. He was surprised and sincerely apologized, then sent out a replacement in a different size. To our surprise, the second one didn’t fit either, so we laughed it off together. The next replacement came at no cost to me.
In the end, they took the issue seriously and even updated their website so future customers with the same watch will get a perfectly fitting pin.
Mistakes happen, specifications change, but at this shop, I felt taken care of at the highest level.
