Ordered a product online NO Refund

Ordered a product online. Product was showing in stock. They then said it was on back order from Maserati. Immediately cancelled the order in writing. They proceeded with the order regardless, and despite asking again to cancel BEFORE IT WAS EVEN dispatched they sent it and are refusing to refund. Goes against European law of 14 day refund for online orders.

The item you ordered, is a so-called "to order" part which we ordered specially for you from the Maserati factory. As stated on our website and in our policy, these items cannot be canceled once they have been shipped from the factory.

We understand that plans can change, so we did our very best to cancel the part for you at no charge; unfortunately, the part was already on its way from Maserati at that point, so this was no longer possible.

Sincere apologies again for the inconvenience you've suffered, we will do our absolute best to ensure a smooth experience if you choose to give us another chance.

I've been a Masparts customer for a year now, and I'll never get my parts from anywhere else. From the ease of use of the website to the help with finding parts, everything is perfectly arranged. I don't normally leave reviews, but I'll make an exception for this company; you won't find this anywhere else!
