I recently booked my trip through Masterholiday, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
Jerry the agent was professional, responsive and genuinely attentive to my need and references.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and personalised travel experience

I am writing to share my experience with this travel agency Master holiday LTD Harry Wilson in order to warn other potential customers.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I encountered several issues during the booking process, including a lack of transparency and what I believe to be misleading information regarding the travel tickets. Additionally, when I attempted to seek clarification or assistance, I was met with unprofessional and discourteous behavior from the staff.

As a customer, I expect clear communication, honesty, and respectful service. Regrettably, this was not my experience.

I strongly advise others to exercise caution and thoroughly verify all details before making any purchases with this agency.

I hope this feedback encourages improvements in service and prevents others from facing similar issues.

I was totally impressed with the service i got from this master holiday, the made the booking very easy and smooth for me. they also checked me and was constantly reminding me about my flight. The whole experience was amazing, They made the journey look like a first class travel experience . I am impressed.

I booked my ticket through Jack fromMasterHolidays, it was installment, at first I was doubting if it's genuine bcos that's my first time dealing with such, but he was able to proof his competent and honest with me,even my next trip he has done it, I can recommend him with the company to be trustworthy. My experience was great and excellent ,because of many reasons.The following are some of them:1.Getting all my travelling plans information started by just checking out the Master Holiday Ltd site.2.I was asked to provide some information by the site then an agent Mr Harry Wilson contacted me. 3. The Agent was polite, simple, professional informative ,and to the point,which was quite surprising. This made me feel is was too good to be true. 4. After checking all details about the site and I confirmed its real, I accepted to make a down payment and was assisted by Mr Harry Wilson ,who helped me do the payment through a banking app.5. He continued to make the experience effortless for me ,by futher giving me a WhatsApp number to continue communicating my needs.6. A deadline was given to finish off the payment,and he was always available to assist,so that my transaction can be successful.6.After successfully making my final payment with his assistance, he forwarded my ticket, with all the necessary information,and I am ready to fly and enjoy my trip.
In conclusion, when I am travelling again, it would be great to have him as my agent .

The whole process was seamless, he made my experience pleasant. His customer service was top notch too!

From the moment I encountered master holiday while searching for a booking agency that will accept instalments payment and spoke with one of the agents, Merry Smith by name, my story changed from frustration to peace of mind. Merry really assisted me much by guiding properly and patiently helped me get the cheapest rate and direct flight to Nigeria. It was an awesome experience

I booked the flight for my husband with Harry such a lovely person, very friendly, keep me updated with everything even do the check in for my husband so that everything will go smoothly at the airport, we have now become good friends that have never seen teacher i call him anytime if I have anything to say or might be checking for another flight, he is such a lovely soul and the company itself very nice and all the staffs I have spoken to are very friendly as well, I will always booked with them alright planing with Harry another holiday, thanks so much God bless you for all you do.
