Please and please avoid this travel agency, they dont have any ticket to sell neither affiliated to any airlines. They will drain your pocket,sell what they dont have tell you they are flexible on payment ticket of £615 you will end up paying £900 with their own outbound date not yours. STAY AWAY FROM THEM JERRY THOMPSON and his team are swindlers. If you are strong they will issue the ticket from Adamsontravel agency all of them are scammers

PLEASE AVOID
This is not a travel company, promised us a package holiday, we agreed to splitting payments over 2 bank cards. When one payment went through the guy Mat advised the flight prices had gone up whilst on the phone by £250. We advised we did not agree to this, we had been told this was a package holiday. We have been sent no documentation, nothing, just money taken out of our account and numerous phone calls today saying we will not be refunded and have to pay cancellation charges. Will be reporting to ATOL and ABTA.
I can't believe we have ended up in this situation, please avoid at all costs.
No holiday for us now!

I get emotional when I think about this company. These guys are demons. Do not do any business with them. I booked a holiday. They increase the price of the ticket just before I was about to travel. I refuse to pay the extra money. They promise to reformed my money. Still waiting for my money. I've lost my money like many others.

Go elsewhere, do not fall victim to this scamming company. Very poor service.
Will take your money then just before you go on holiday ask for extra money!!!! This company does not book flights or nothing in advance

Master Holidays is utter scam. I am going through the sad experience of others been scammed. This company had refused to refund my money after they claimed the Airline had cancelled my booking. Master Holidays showed me ticket reservation. I paid in two instalments. Master Holidays did not get me a ticket but offered that I travel on their scheduled which is not convenient. I have advised them to refund my money which has not been done. They asked for my bank details yet had not paid.

They continue to give different explanations. This company is abig fraud. They take money from people and fail to refund fully. I will advise the public to stay away from Master Holiday.

I would give the shower of scammers nothing shower of lying money grabbing rats cancelled my transfer to and from airport I was left stranded at 3am with 3 children had to pay 100 for transfer now all i get when I call is crap lies no refund we call you Monday what Monday that was 11 days ago no fone call no email and Arthur always to busy to come to the fone please don't book you'll lose your money NO REFUND POLICY

Honestly saying master holidays made my vacation too good. Thanks fir your good service Master holidays.

I would give this company 0000 nothing but scammers, booked ticket with them they put me on automatic instalments, that is the trap they use so that they can come back and tell you the prices have gone up and charge you if you don’t pay more.
I told them soon after the instalments I didn’t request and I wanted to pay my ticket outright they refused saying they had an arrangement agreement with the airline. I contacted the airline who said they had paid nothing towards my tickets which was for 4 passengers. They soon said the ticket had increased price even after not letting me pay outright.
Real scammers I demanded my money for their deceit and they have refused to give me all my money.

It was great experience this is the first time I’ve booked my flight ✈️ with master holidays. The guy I dealt with was very nice and helpful. Mr George Williams.

The only negative was a rise in the ticket prices by £378 overnight(down to airline I believe)

Pls people should be aware of this company called Master holiday Ltd they scammed me for £160 telling me they selling tickets after a while i didnt heard from them again one of there agent called Kevin Leo he’s a consultant using a fake name called Kevin Leo i believe he’s the one running the business with fake name Pls people don’t do business with them finally I can called Kevin Leo the fake guy telling me he’s not longer working with the company again he’s a scammer pls once again be aware of him Kevin Leo

Jason Brown is up and doing travel agent. His works have no fault.
I travelled under his service and had no problem. He delivers on time and considers passenger financial instances to get the affordable flight to book for.
Kudos to him.

Ibrahim in Melbourne Collins St is a ruthless theif accepted full payment for my flignts and have no word since he n eeds to be prosecuted he requested my passport details and I was flying from Perth to tassie Beware scam

Night mare travel agent booked my flight without suitcases even though they charged me for suitcase had to pay 160 pounds at Gatwick airport. Now I have returned there tying to ignore me for asking for my money I paid at Gatwick but they don't want to answer.
