Great company. Good communication. Genuine products at great prices (my smoke detectors were much cheaper than elsewhere). Quick delivery. Well packaged. I would definitely use this company again.

Bought firealarms and subsequently didn't require them, returned these and company claims to have not received these and no refund issued. Now out of pocket for around £600. I am taking partial blame as lost receipt with reference number.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I've made 3 orders to this company so far and they were always shipped very fast. On the third one, I got a call from them a few hours after I placed it: they noticed I had ordered an 8-gang face plate and some switches and fuses for it, and wanted to make sure I was aware that they required a mounting plate (I didn't know). They immediately sent me an email with a link to modify the order. It's probably the first time I have seen such proactivity from a business!

Excellent service. After placing order, Masterlec rang me as I had ordered from two different ranges of products. Corrected the order and refunded the difference immediately. Order arrived very quickly and was well packaged.
Unfortunately I had to return items (my error), but this was handled quickly and efficiently. Refund made with no questions asked.

Excellent service, they called as I had ordered the 2 switch and dimmer plate from another collection and wanted to make sure I wanted this to match the 2 screwsless double sockets I ordered which I did, so they swapped to the correct one. Other companies probably wouldn't have bothered. I have just ordered more items, as so pleased with the prompt delivery as well

Bought loads of metal thin screwless, sockets, switches and fused spurs. Good quality, excellent delivery. Made a mistake ordering,my bad, but Mohammed sorted me out over the phone. Would order again.

Would highly recommend Masterlec. They were incredibly knowledgable and helpful with my queries regarding smoke alarms and where they were unsure they contacted the manufacturer to ensure they gave me the correct response. They also honoured the price I had seen on their website (without me even asking), despite the price having increased since our initial conversation. Please use these guys, they are brilliant.

Brilliant experience. Answered questions before order to help me understand what I needed. Then item arrived very quickly. Then also answered a question I had when installing. Quick to respond and very helpful.

Bought a bunch of switches/sockets from these guys as currently in the process of moving house and had great deals on the ones we wanted and could choose as many as we needed. I initially ordered the wrong colour of sockets and quickly sent an email at night to ask if they could be changed but didn’t have high hopes. Got a call the very next morning telling me they can change them and just sent over the price difference and that was that, got delivered today and everything is as it should be. So glad I went with these guys, always wary going with a company you haven’t heard of but couldn’t recommend enough, the service was second to none. Thanks again guys!

Fast delivery, had a switch arrive damaged (royal mails fault) and a new one was quickly arranged free of charge. Cant fault these guys!

I ordered a bulb which turned out to be out of stock. Mohammed quickly emailed me (less than 24 hours after ordering) to let me know and offered me a refund or an option to purchase something different. I asked for a refund and this was processed the same day and received very quickly after. So whilst I can’t speak for the products, the customer service is brilliant and I will definitely order from here in the future. Thank you!

I’ve had a good experience so far with masterlec, placed 3 separate orders over the last 6 months now, all have arrived within a couple of days after placing the order and they are reasonably priced.

Idris from sales department gave us the best support. we changed all the kitchen switches and sockets and they gave us all the support to make sure we have everything correctly ordered.

Our new brass sockets and switches personalized are just amazing.

I bought 2 sets of grid switches (3x grid switch for lighting & (3x grid switches for appliances with marked buttons). Since the offers that appear in the superlec online store are described as a set and the price is a few pounds higher than most other suppliers, I was convinced that the set would be assembled and ready for fitting. Unfortunately, I was disappointed and overpaid for no reason.

Unfortunately received a faulty product, have now been waiting nearly 5weeks from first contact for this to be resolved. Disappointed as they replied quickly and efficiently when I required to purchase a new part. Will update this review if I ever receive a replacement but very poor customer service and has taken a lot of time already.

Update: sent out replacement and received with no faults.
