I ordered 13 RCBOs and 1 MCB. They have sent 4 RCBOs and 1 wrong type of MCB. Later on the same day, I found out another single package which had 1 more RCBO.

I reported this and they have sent 4 more RCBOs.

After almost 1 month, I am still 4 RCBOs short with wrong type of MCB. The person who is assisting me is wondering how this happens instead of being helpful. Almost 1 month and still unsolved. Unbelievable. Keep away from this company.

update: They helped me to sort this issue out. It took a while however I cant deny how hard the person who was dealing with the case worked.

Ordered smoke alarms & heat alarm. Took a week to be delivered, no response to chasing emails & still waiting for a VAT Invoice won't use again

Spent £600+ with these fraudsters on smoke alarms. They advertised next day delivery. Week later no update. You try to email them they don’t reply.

Delivered a damaged item and are ignoring all my emails and calls to try and get it resolved.

Was told all online orders are sent via next working day delivery, complete lie, taken 4 days for my order to arrive. The order that arrived was incomplete and the alarms were old stock - fire alarm dated 2019! Sent an email to the business, left a voicemail and got no response from either. Eventually got through to the online sales agent, gave a false name of 'Muhammad' promised to investigate and call me back, never heard from him again.
Absolute scam of a business, wish I'd of seen the Google reviews prior to placing an order, avoid this business - claim has been submitted to payment merchant for missing order.

Great value, quick delivery (next day) and very well packaged.
Used Express Electrical a couple of times now for smoke detectors/fire alarms, had no issues.

Don't know what the fuss is about, Mo is brilliant, competitive prices and great service.

Something was missing when I opened the box, emailed them and the missing item was sent and received the next day - can’t fault the service!

They may seem a bit a cheaper than other suppliers, but it will cost more in the end when they send you the wrong items and you send them back at your expense for a refund then never hear from them again. Despite numerous calls and emails chasing them, I am still waiting for two refunds and I am out of pocket on the return postage.

Needed some smokes and remote visual indicators very very urgently. Spoke to Mo and the guy can not do enough for you !!! Confirmed had smokes in stock and rang HISPEC to see what products they did indicator wise !!! Called me back and explained didnt have indicators in stock but then went and sourced them and collected for me. Products were dispatched same day, parcelforce tracking number supplied and I had them on site by 1058 next morning !!!! BOOOOM

Kayleigh Watson helped with an urgent requirement for a Wylex terminal. Placed order after 3pm yesterday and received by 11am this morning.
Great service and will certainly bear Express Electrical in mind for future enquiries.

I was looking for smoke and heat detectors at a reasonable price and Express Electrical delivered, on all counts - competitively priced, delivered within 24hrs, order well packaged and great customer service too.
Kayleigh was helpful, friendly and professional on the phone. She processed my order (including a discount), made sure the detectors were suitable for my needs and had them in the post the same day.
I have already recommended them to other colleagues.

I had been trying to locate and purchase 2x DE30DX200 electric rads without success all companies on the web were stating at least a 8 week led time then I called Express electrical and the call was answered by a gentleman called Mo who couldn’t have been more helpful he said he had 2 rads which met my specifications due in and said he would chase up his supplier and would call me back true to his word he rang back within 30minutes to confirm the delivery date would be week commencing 20th February day to suit but due to me being on holiday that week we agreed the following week unfortunately Mo went off sick that week but I received a call on the Monday from a lovely lady by the names of Kayleigh explaining she would ensure the rads will be delivered on the day agreed by Mo she couldn’t have been more helpful she sent me the tracking number with a request to the courier informing them it needed to be delivered by 9.00 am and it arrived at 8.25 a great service I also received a call from Kayleigh around 9.00 to enquire if the rads had been delivered where do you get a service like that this day and age I have in the last couple of weeks purchased a electronic controller for the rads again dealt with by Kayleigh in a very professional manner and delivered on the day promised my overall experience of dealing with express electrical has been exceptional so much so I have passed their details to an Anglian conservatory manager who was so impressed with the look of the rads he will be mentioning where to purchase from if any of his clients are looking for additional heating of the new builds and all at the cheapest price on the web kind regards Richard

Ordered a 1st fix kit to do an emergency rewire on a Thursday afternoon for the Friday, delivery came at 10am ready for the day can't thank this company enough 5 stars isn't enough

Ordered something over 3 months ago, still not arrived, I have heard nothing from the company AVOID!!!

AVOID at all costs unless you can wait 3 months for an order then get part of it, with no contact of updates ,then need to take action to get money back, worst online experience I've ever had with a company, didn't even answer back to eBay within the given response time , fortunately eBay and PayPal are true to there word and refunded me ,

Ive just recieved my first order from this company. Very friendly and helpful staff, good prices and quick delivery, will 100% use express electrical for future jobs.

Ordered items in good faith, advertised as available - they weren’t. Waited over 8 weeks for delivery. Delivery never arrived, Express Electrical blamed courier despite courier never once leaving a card or appearing on my CCTV. Rearranged delivery, didn’t show. Requested refund EXpress Electrical refused as they didn’t have goods in their possession. Parcelforce confirm items back with Express Electrical and still no refund despite asking several times.

Have reported to fraud dept of PayPal, my credit card provider and police. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Disgusting company. As many reviews have said they sell goods they don’t even have. Then use every excuse under the sun as to why they aren’t here. Latest was delivery driver had covid so had to isolate for 21 days? Asked for refund and was told it had been processed. Ended up going through PayPal. Please save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

SCAMMERS, BUYERS Beware! Do not buy from this company, they take your money, having instigated that items are in stock at "point of sale" then you are left waiting for goods that don't arrive, every excuse in the book to say as to why "items not produced" I have asked them repeatedly for a refund, you've guessed it... I'm still waiting! I have now contacted Wigan Trading Standards. Time this lot were done for theft
