They just cut the chain in less than 10 minutes and my bike was gone.
Keybox broken after a few months
Keybox broken after a few months. They mention that it is guaranteed for life, but when I contacted their after-sale support they never replied.
“Limited lifetime warranty”?? Actually, no.
“Limited lifetime warranty”??? Not for me. I was told that the product is now no longer supported so am left with a holding bracket now obsoleted because of a small, broken plastic clip. They wouldn’t even share the CAD with me so I could 3D print one myself.
“...peace of mind from a brand you can trust”??? I don’t think so. If this is the support I can expect for a cheap plastic clip, how much help would I get if my bike was stolen, as per the “Anti-theft guarantee” I wonder!?!
I’ll look elsewhere in future, thank you very much.
This lock is absolutely useless
This lock is absolutely useless. It is very difficult to use. The combination lock doesn't work and I haven't even used it yet. What a waste of money. Its better to get a standard lock with key.
