I bought their Masterpan several years ago when it first came out and I used it all the time. I moved cross country, and I had some items shipped UPS which they managed to destroy, one of which was my pan. This is no reflection on the product, it is built extremely well, but in this case I think UPS dropped several boulders on my box then kicked it from LA to NYC. Point is, when I reached out to Masterpan, they went out of their way to sort out a replacement handle which is not something they would normally need to sell, and this was well out of warranty. They could have just tried to convince me to buy another one, but they spent the better part of a week figuring out how to solve the problem with no cost. Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend both the product and the company.
