Our kitchen was meant to be installed in July - it’s now the end of August and we have nine doors still missing. We’re absolutely gutted and feel ripped off. Worst of all, we have no way of contacting Second Nature and have had no apology or information. Still waiting to hear when our doors will be with us, meanwhile we’ve had the whole summer holiday without a kitchen. Wish we’d used any other company.
I got a gorgeous Second Nature painted kitchen 5 years ago from a local supplier. I asked the supplier for touch up paint pens several times just after it was fitted but was just ignored. Now 5 years down the line with a couple up knocks needing fixed I approached the supplier again, was promised a callback which never happened and then found that online suppliers won’t ship to Northern Ireland. So I got in contact with Second Nature directly and a wonderful girl called Laura was able to organise delivery for me. A wonderful product and excellent service all round thank you.
