8 months later and I'm still waiting for my order.

Having placed an order in mid May 2025 I'm still waiting 8 months later for a response regarding the portrait of my partners horse, which she had PTS.

Everything was going ok until I asked for a couple of changes to the draft image, not a problem I was told and even sent another photo advising what changes were required.

Since then nothing, no response to any of the emails I've sent asking for an update.

So all I can do is to continue to sending emails until someone has the decency to reply, send my order (although I'm still waiting for the second draft) or issue me with a refund.
It's very disappointing as a previous order was completed hassle free but my experience has left me with no choice but to review the current service one star.

Communication is virtually non…

Communication is virtually non existent. I placed an order last week & although the initial proof was sent quickly my response has been ignored. The proof has not captured the dog correctly. I attached more prints & have emailed 3/4 times with no response. The print is a birthday present. I paid extra for skip the queue but have not received the service I would expect.

10/10 Pet Portraits

Really recommend using Pawtraitly to get portraits of your pets! I’ve had 2 done for friends and they both cried when they received them due to how well their pets were captured. The team are also super lovely and are flexible with any design requests. I’m going to get some done for my own pets and I will 100% be using this company again.

Detailed. Realistic and personal

I came across Pawtraitly by a friend. I wanted a unique gift for my mum, this was perfect. The design that was created of my mums dog, is so accurate! I am so happy with the outcome, the print looks amazing. I will be sure to recommend this service to others. I whole experience has been easy to follow, with efficient delivery as well. It is such a special way to capture people’s most loved pets,

Absolutely amazing

Potential scammers

Took my money with a promise of 2-3 day turn around. 8 days later no proof emailed, no print received and not answering emails or social media messages. I fear I may have been scammed! Avoid this company!

If possible, we would just like to clear up a few points here: Our turnaround from ordering to receiving the print is not 2-3 working days, that is just the design turnaround. I can see that we did email over your proof in this time period, if you could check your spam folders I'm sure that you would be able to see this. We also have replied to every email enquiry within 24 hours, so you should be able to see these in your spam folder also. We unfortunately do not have the bandwidth to monitor our social media during the festive period, as mentioned in our platform bios. I can see that you received your print in time for Christmas and hope that you loved this. I am sorry that you feel this way, but feel that we have provided a good service here and that this review is quite unfair. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer full refunds as this is a custom product, and we do have to cover our design time. Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic.
This is the second dog picture I’ve bought from this company & both are exceptional. They have been gifts and everyone who sees them comments positively on them.
I highly recommend this company.

Communication is difficult

Communication is difficult, response takes weeks. I had to pay customs again when I got my portrait, but I already paid it when I ordered it online. I asked how that happened, but no response…
