Having placed an order in mid May 2025 I'm still waiting 8 months later for a response regarding the portrait of my partners horse, which she had PTS.

Everything was going ok until I asked for a couple of changes to the draft image, not a problem I was told and even sent another photo advising what changes were required.

Since then nothing, no response to any of the emails I've sent asking for an update.

So all I can do is to continue to sending emails until someone has the decency to reply, send my order (although I'm still waiting for the second draft) or issue me with a refund.
It's very disappointing as a previous order was completed hassle free but my experience has left me with no choice but to review the current service one star.

Easy to complete order, great result and comms.

Communication is virtually non existent. I placed an order last week & although the initial proof was sent quickly my response has been ignored. The proof has not captured the dog correctly. I attached more prints & have emailed 3/4 times with no response. The print is a birthday present. I paid extra for skip the queue but have not received the service I would expect.

The absolute best fun gift. Great quality and a good price. My daughter absolutely loved it. Definitely recommend this company. Thankyou

Really recommend using Pawtraitly to get portraits of your pets! I’ve had 2 done for friends and they both cried when they received them due to how well their pets were captured. The team are also super lovely and are flexible with any design requests. I’m going to get some done for my own pets and I will 100% be using this company again.

Absolutely amazing , my mums cat recently passed away so I got her a photo of her, one of the regal pet portraits , she couldn’t of loved it more , she said she looks at that photo and can only smile ! The customer service was amazing too and so helpful, 100% recommend

Took my money with a promise of 2-3 day turn around. 8 days later no proof emailed, no print received and not answering emails or social media messages. I fear I may have been scammed! Avoid this company!

Avoid! Print and frame both very poor quality materials. Refund refused, contacted card issuer.

Absolutely terrific picture and great customer service as ever from this wonderful company.

Absolutely fantastic.
This is the second dog picture I’ve bought from this company & both are exceptional. They have been gifts and everyone who sees them comments positively on them.
I highly recommend this company.

Communication is difficult, response takes weeks. I had to pay customs again when I got my portrait, but I already paid it when I ordered it online. I asked how that happened, but no response…

So happy with finished product. Prompt replies and quick delivery once shipped.
