I met a man from Masters Creative at Goodwoof, I decided to have a picture done of my dog. After a small hiccup which was rectified quickly and professionally I received a fantastic picture, which I absolutely love. The customer service from Millie was first class, she had great communication skills and keep me up to date all through the process. My picture was tailored to exactly how I wanted it. I would definitely buy from Masters Creative again.

The whole experience couldn’t have been better. I submitted my photo online, Millie then emailed to confirm I was happy with the print before posting to me in speedy time. Purchased at crufts. Absolutely over the moon! They were able to remove a jumper of one of my dogs images and use other images to interpret his markings. My other dog I had a few amendments and they were so accommodating. Can’t recommend them enough. Communication was prompt and always friendly and professional! Thankyou so much!

Made our initial order at Crufts and they were so accommodating, great selection and very reasonable priced. We had a couple of adjustment we wanted which was no trouble at all and Millie was so helpful.

I bought my pet portraits at Crufts this year. The picture are fantastic! The artist contacted me within 48hrs to confirm I was happy with the pictures. I requested one change that was actioned withing 48hrs and received the pictures within a week. The service and communication has been brilliant.
