Stylish and comfortable, as well as practical!

My order was substantially delayed through no fault of Masuku. I wrote customer service with my frustration about the delay and without my asking, Masuku sent me a generous supply of additional masks and accessories in order to improve my customer experience. Good people, doing their best. Love the masks!

I would rate you 5 stars but your website masuku.com is down. 404-page error. The masks are great. But I cannot order replacement filters because.....you guessed it...the website is down. How unfortunate.

The masks were actually good, but their website no longer exists which means i can’t buy refills... from anywhere!

I really like the mask. It is the most comfortable one I've used so far. My glasses have never fogged up with it.
I've also slept comfortably in it on a trans-Atlantic flight.

Excellent product and service. Needed to wear the mask for 20 hours while on a flight to Australia. Very comfortable.

Masuku One face masks come with 4 filters. The filter needs to be changed every 3 days. You cannot buy filters online any longer as Masuku have gone bust. Their website no longer works and the filters cannot be bought anywhere else. DO NOT BUY. Complete waste of money, and unethical company selling a product that you cannot use after 12 days of use when you have no spare filters left!!!!

The elastic wire pulls incorrectly and the Mask quickly loses shape .

This coin purse is fantastic. I love the Stitch design, I wish that the lanyard would clip on both sides of the purse. I keep it in my car so I have this cheeky caricature with me in the car.

Fantastic product, as advertised it arrived in a timely manner half way around the world. It’s comfortable, no fogging of the glasses and I feel safe and confident that I am safe going into public spaces. Thanks Masuku

Overall, I'm not happy with the mask, after very short time of wearing it the humid is formed on the inside of the orange carcase. The humid is surely the source of bacteries outbreak. Every time I'm wearing it I have a stuffy nose.

Very good customer service. There was a problem with delivery of my order, no fault of Masuku, and they were prompt in their response and very helpful.

I love my Masuku mesh masks. So glad I bought 2 of them- a black one and an orange one. Since I’m a teacher, I wear my mask every day all day and being able to alternate colors made me happy.
I read about this mask in the Chicago Tribune and even though it is somewhat pricey, I’ve felt comfortable and safe for nearly a year now. I am asked daily by people who manufactures this attractive well made fabulous looking mask and where to get one.
Above all is the customer care department and their communication with clients as swift and helpful. They go above and beyond to be sure they have happy customers and a safe clean environment. Their slogan is We Love Air!

Great service, prompt and kind!

I hate to leave a one star review. But the masks were so expensive and we aren't wearing them. I ordered 4, one for each family member. My kids won't wear them, because they are so uncomfortable. They wore them one full day at school and they said the masks made them sweat and were generally so uncomfortable. I wore mine for twenty minutes and had deep marks on my face. Even after adjusting the straps, it just doesn't fit well. The biggest size didn't fit my husband well either. I honor their "no-returns" policy so I never contacted the company. But I thought it best to share my experience with other potential customers. It was a risk spending this much on a mask and it just wasn't worth it. Hundreds of dollars later and we are sticking with our old masks. I would advise any potential buyer to think twice before purchasing these masks.

I have the medium smooth mask and is comfortable to wear. The first issue I found is that I seem very fin strands from the filter can be drawn through the plastic cage. These fibres may irritate around the end of the nose. Also I have found the outer cover to be very fragile around the area where it folds over the plastic cage and tears easily when removing/ replacing filter. A new outer cover is £25 which is half the cost of a complete mask, I can see that there’s not a lot of incentive to make the outer cover more durable. The mask may be great that it’s all replaceable but at what cost? If the intention is to retain customers longer term then it dies need to be more cost effective. Right now I’m going back to my Love Air mask, pity had the makings of a good system.

I read about Masuku One in The Financial Times. I ticked all the boxes: sustainable, modular and fit my face perfectly. I've had it for a few months now and it's my favourite face mask. Mask and filters might appear pricey, but it works out cheaper than constantly buying single use masks.
