Really happy with our new ultrasound…
Really happy with our new ultrasound couch. Great communication, smooth ordering and quick delivery. Staff really friendly and professional, no need to chase anything. Was told 6 weeks for delivery but arrived in less than 4. Great quality.

Bit slow on the order,
Bit slow on the order,. Had to follow up few times to request progress.
Neck traction harnes ok but design not thought through as in placing on patient. A clip system as others use is far more clinically applicable. They should have requested a clinician perspective when designing it

fabric was defective
Our recent order was manufactured and arrived as scheduled, but the fabric was defective. Our customer had to wait for the replacement product to be completed and arrive.

Really disappointing customer service
Really disappointing customer service. Poor dispute management. I have no issues with the products but hope they resolve their communication issues as discussed with them.
I hope that going forward they are able to put in place protocols to advise clients on completion dates, expected delivery and dispatch dates.
Staff training on dispute management/customer service would also be helpful as today's communication was really disappointing.

Very good service
Very good service from start to delivery. Helpful customer service and answered all my queries. The delivery was easy and driver was very helpful. I have now used the couch for a couple of weeks and I have nothing bad to say about it, just what I needed!

i dont know who this company is
i haven't done any business with this company, i have told them this multiple times, im not sure how they have my email, they keep sending me invoices for things i haven't ordered and asking for account information that i will not provide
