Closed my account out of the blue and…

Closed my account out of the blue and wouldn't tell me why

All I did was complain about the lack of liquidity, the constant errors with odds, the issues with live video etc etc and they obviously didn't like it.

It's a terrible excuse for an exchange

I have been a loyal customer for years

I have been a loyal customer for years.
Mistakenly, I used my wife’s card to deposit some money in. This is because the card is set to default on our laptop.
My account got blocked and closed without any possibility to open another account. I have tried emailing, stating what had happened. Genuine mistake and they are acting like I robbed the bank. Poor
