if you love yourself and want to grow as a person , run for this host.....there server has been down 5times this year....i lost 2million because of the the client have to fine me for using their host

This host is one of the most useless hostcompanies I ever come across in my life
I trust the host because I was refer by one big escrow system
For the first year no issue until last year my clients site down more than twice
I even think it's normal crash until this year
Web site from my end is over 19 and all of Dem has been down over 5times this year alone
It's went down at a point that I have to redesign all the website
What more annoying is that no message from them during those periods even after the issue clear

This month one of my client site has crash twices, one got hacked through cpanel from the host account I debug and fix that attack now it's whole server break down again

Please do not use Matisculod to host your website. I repeat, do not use them.

My experience with them so far has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been with them for about a year, and during that time, my website has gone down more than 10 times. Some of these outages lasted for up to two weeks.

Because of these repeated issues, I’ve lost emails, customers, and business opportunities.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend avoiding them. When these problems happen, the only thing I seem to receive is an apology, while the disruption and losses continue.

If you depend on your website and email for your business, think carefully before choosing Matisculod as your hosting provider.

I wish 0 start rating is available on trustpilot because that's exactly what matrics cloud deserves, an my active domains appeared expired on their server, they hid domain EPP Auth code to prevent transfering my domain out, if you drop a ticket it takes them days to respond and after responding, no solution

Poor service. I lost my website due to their bad and terrible service. And also poor customer service

just resent our website was among the affected server issue and now we are spending so much try to get some theme and plugin this is not nice as host company you should be able to prevent happening like this with backups from you side ..

If you're looking for a web host, stay away from MaticsCloud.
On 30 April 2026, around 12:05am, every single website I manage including client sites went down. As of the time I'm writing this, they are still down. I had to migrate all my clients to a different host.
The bigger problem is their support. They don't respond to tickets. When they eventually do, it takes hours and nothing gets resolved. They only sent a newsletter about the outage after 24 hours and even that came with no fix, no timeline, nothing.
Over 24 hours of total downtime. Zero solutions. Zero communication.
MaticsCloud is the worst hosting experience I've had. Their infrastructure is unreliable and their customer support is useless. Don't risk your sites or your clients' sites with them.

The rate at which the customer support respond is the fastest I have experience so far in my career. They don't only respond swiftly, they communicate clearly and in simple terms. I am extremely glad I chose Matics Cloud as my hosting platform.

I honestly regret hosting my website with MaticCloud.com. My site has been going down almost every 5 minutes, causing major disruptions to my business. What makes it even worse is their customer support — it takes them nearly 24 hours or more to respond to a single message, and even then, they don’t provide real solutions.

I’ve never experienced such poor uptime and slow response time from a hosting company before. If you care about stability and quick support, I strongly advise avoiding MaticCloud until they fix their servers and improve their communication.

Very horrible. Everything about your service is horrible. Poor customer support, abysmal Server, there has never been a day my site don’t go offline. And when it does, it takes hours before it came back on. Customer care won’t help either, they will take days before they respond to your complaint tickets and when they do, they won’t have solution. The honest truth is I regret the day I subscribed to to your hosting package and I can’t wait for it to end so that I can move to a better hosting service.

The website keeps going offline with error 523, 522 which comes from your host, and getting through to your service desk can be an issue atimes

Cost effective, robust hosting platform, easy and efficient payment gateway, functional support, simple uncomplicated client interface.

One of the worst service providers I've used on over 20 years. I paid for hosting and over 5 domains, was never able to use the services paid for as they suspended the sites with no verifiable issues.

I sent a complaint to them to restore the services, no response till the services expired after one year. Zero customer service, zero integrity, definitely won't recommend.
