long delivery, it was written on the website for 2 days. Two weeks. The mattress is dirty and the wrong size. disgusting.

Don't trust their statement on the website that they will deliver to UK in 3-4 days. Placed an order on 4th of June and needed the item on 11th of July. Checked the status of the order on 9th of July and the item was still not handed over to the courier. I asked them to cancel my order and refund it. Ooops they are now telling me the order is despatched so can no longer be cancelled. I have to send the item back at my own expense and they can refund. Obviously they are not telling the truth all through out the process

Fraud. Order 15 cm, received 10 cm. Cerified from website washed cover, from internal declaration NOT washed. Without any marks of product factory, country and certificate. Attached prospect is fake. Not recommended, pay attention. Order from Slovenia, now I see Germany prices is much lower? We are in EU, here is no custom or add taxes. Return process have too high prices. I think fraud seller must pay this costs and send money back. Mission impossibile.

I never got my product, and even with the return of the parcel to them, they refuse to answer my emails and refund me.

Back in ApriI 2026 I ordered a Sleezzz® Diamond pocket spring mattress T1000 80 x 200 cm H2/H3 after searching numerous websites and not being able to find the above size for my IKEA day bed, as the mattress that I ordered with the bed did not last long and was uncomfortable . So very happy when I came upon this site.
Took a chance and placed the order, after looking up the Trust Pilot reviews.
Ordering was simple and was advised of the potential import charges, which was still very good value.
Tracking details gave me regular updates of my order, so was happy that my order was on its way. When my mattress arrived, I was very pleased with the quality and extremely impressed with the fact that there was none, if any chemical smell. My first night’s sleep was the best I had in ages, with the right amount of firmness, as I prefer a firm mattress.
So a big thank you for my order and would be happy to recommend in my opinion, the superior quality of your mattress. ✌🏽🤩✔️

Buyer beware!!!!!! Low quality mattress, supposed to be 21 cm after 72 hrs if you follow the instructions. It isn't even close.
£11.50 additional fee that gets added on to process duty. Ridiculous amount of money! That isn't stated anywhere, so they can charge you anything and you have to pay?
No way to return an already used mattress.
Do yourself a favour and don't buy from here. £250 in the pan, thanks!

I purchased their stomach sleeper pillow, which was advertised as follows: "Easy-care & hygienic - contour cushion washable at 30 °C"
However, there is no inner liner or bag containing the gel foam rod filling, making the pillow practically unwashable as the process of removing the filling is an incredibly time consuming, messy, and even dangerous in the presence of small children or pets.
I also found that there was not enough filling for comfort.
Would not recommend, customer service did not offer any compensation despite obvious misadvertisement.

I ordered a mattress, a mattress topper and two pillows. The mattress came around ten days after ordering despite a promised 1 to 2 working day shipping. With Ai translation their site gave the impression products were local and speedy delivery was plausible. There wasn't any other indication products were coming from abroad but ten days wasn't bad. However, I've yet to receive the mattress topper and pillows despite having called their customer service. They keep fobbing me off saying it will come. After a single initial email confirming I had indeed ordered the topper and pillows which came in a set and cost 149 euros, I haven't received any tracking details, I wasn't given a tracking code and there were no order updates. Then I received an email in German (which I do not speak) asking to confirm my address details with the shipping company because they were having issues. Same email showed the correct address and name which I had given them. After calling customer service they said that was the only delay in shipping and the mattress topper would arrive, but it's been another 6 days and there hasn't been even an email to indicate this is happening.

The product was exactly what I ordered.
The shipping was supposed to be within 3 days but it arrived in a week. Still in perfect condition! Very happy with my purchase. Nice quality too.

Fast shipping (4 days to Sweden) and the mattress seems to be thick and of good quality. I haven't slept on it yet but tried it and it was soft and thick enough.
