BEWARE….

Company WILL NOT refund a cent if product is not working.

All good reviews are based upon receiving a working product…if product is not working, you’re out of luck.

Company DOES NOT back their products…

I have ALL documentation from Matthew Mercury to prove this case.

Delivery complications and wrong colour

The logistics company used for delivery claimed 2 failed deliveries at times we were home, before we were able to track the item down and collect from the Depo. Matthew Mercury customer service were helpful and quick to respond but couldn't help beyond requesting another delivery. On collecting the item the wrong colour of watch was sent (brown rather as black).
After taking over 3 weeks to arrive we don't have time to arrange an exchange. It was bought for a birthday present and the recipient still likes the watch but disappointed it's wasn't the colour they had originally chosen. The watch itself it elegent and of great quality.

Perfect watch!

For what I needed and wanted, this watch was perfect. Bracelet is very comfortable and also it’s adjustable so it will fit perfectly. Really great value for the price. The picture won’t even do justice until you see it in person.
