I was disappointed as the first delivery was cancelled as damaged in transit the beds have been delivered today and they were worth waiting for I'm really pleased with them

I have tried calling on several occasions to discuss delivery of my bed. It was supposed to be delivered tomorrow, Thursday 25 June but as if yet, no confirmation. Your phone rings out and no one has answered my email requesting information.

The wrong parts were sent and after a couple of weeks parts were resent - also wrong. Tried calling and can never get through. Emails are not answered promptly.

Requested someone come out and fix it or get a refund. All silent.

Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience and from many others based on the comments!

This is a mixed review. The bed arrived with incorrect parts. Getting the correct replacement took almost three months as we received the wrong parts 5 times. Customer services ignored my emails and texts asking for quicker delivery of replacement and the bed remained unusable so I asked for a refund. Again my requests were not responded to. However, after I posted a scathing 1* review here they contacted me and offered a full refund. The supplier also continued to honour the order until we finally got the right parts. Essentially I got a free bed. The bed is lovely and exactly what we wanted but the hassle of getting it is not something I’d want to repeat.

Upon delivery the wooden slats were damaged and this was replaced. When we came to build it we discovered a part missing and damage to bed frame on both sides (the fabric was ripped) so we had to wait for a replacement. At this point I did request a refund as I no longer trusted that the bed would be fit for purpose. And I was right! We were told we could get a refund minus fees, even though all of this was fault of the company so we would lose out on quite a bit. Honestly felt like taking legal advice. The company wouldn’t give us a part refund either due to all of the stress and inconvenience of all of this. Felt like we had no choice but to wait for the replacement and stick with it. Upon final build of the bed which at this point was weeks later, the ottoman bed slats don’t sit right and the bottom of the bed tilts down about an inch. The bar the slats sit on is almost like it isn’t on the correct position. Measurements of the bed don’t fit a single mattress. You can see into the under part of the bed. The headboard is also different to the photo on the website.
Shoddy workmanship, poor customer service when it comes to asking for a return or refund. I’d advise to pay more and go with a reputable company. I am extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service with a high price item.
I would really appreciate the company getting in touch with me to discuss further. I would be happier if I could get a partial refund as technically the bed is faulty because it is not level

This has to be the worse, most misleading online retailer I have ever ordered from in my 9 year online ordering history.

The company actually don’t give a …. about your experience, your order if you keep the order or want a refund because of how you have been handled and treated.

Customer service is awful don’t even bother ringing the phone I must have rang it 50 times and got answered to about 5 times once they realised it was me they just ignored the number.

Waited 3 weeks for my order although website states 3-10 days, then they changed the delivery address three times, said my delivery slot was 7 am - 10 am and didn’t deliver until 8pm mind you there is no tracking number, no delivery updates so you are just left in the dark wondering if your money has been stolen until the bed actually arrives.

so I was left in this state with no one answering the phone for around 10 hours thinking I was scammed after the item did not arrive at the stated delivery slot it was missing the footboard so the next day I had to drive to the warehouse myself to get the part. No apology no compensation nothing again no one would answer the phone on this day I literally had to turn up! Please just go to a legit bed store or something I will never order a big item like this online again because of them.

Very poor experience. The company failed to deliver my bed on the agreed date, then failed again on the second delivery date/time. We waited at home twice, but nothing arrived.

We cancelled only because they did not deliver as agreed. Now they are trying to deduct 25% from our refund, which I believe is unfair. Very poor customer service and experience and best to avoid them.

first of all they dont answer the phone, i had half of my bed delivered and havent received any contact or information from them on when the rest will arrive and we have already been waiting over 2 weeks for the bed which is past the delivery date. we got told it would be arriving the next day by the delivery service and then after trying to call the company 7 times, we got told they dont know when it will be delivered and that all we got told which isnt useful at all. this was 3 days ago and have still heard nothing.

There was a minor issue with my bed but it was resolved literally within the same day. Customer care is top notch and they made sure the quality of the bed was up to standard.

I love my new Ottoman bed, it’s well made and easy to put together. Instructions not the best but easy enough to work out. Most of it can be put together by one person, but two needed to add the slated base.
Ordering & delivery process was easy and as expected, communication with the sales and delivery team was good when I needed to contact them with a query.
I would use this company again.

Saw the bed online and I must say it looks even better in person! Lots of storage and the delivery was professional and smooth.
