Great experience

Great experience using the online modules and the actual interactive session. Great facilitators and the use of people with lived experience gave a useful perspective.

I don't think I was provided the right…

I don't think I was provided the right information. I was informed that the neuropsychiatry masterclass was only for those who have attended in the past, but later on I got to know from colleagues who attended, that they have never attended that before.

Awful experience with Maudsley learning

I had an awful experience with Maudsleylearning.

I ordered a book and the transaction date was 05/01/202, and the date posted at 08/01/2024. I waited patiently to receive my book until 19/03/2024 over two months, I sent email to enquiry where my book was, I received an email and asked me to fill a refund form as the book was out of stock and they were not going to reprint it at all. I did not understand why they took my money and no book to sell, yet I had to fill in the refund form in order to get my money back. I sent email and attached the form at 03/04/2024 with no response at all although I had sent some following emails afterwards. Luckily I received an email this morning and I was made aware of my emails were in their mailbox and they did not see them.

To make thing worse was I closed the bank account which my money originally deposit from in February, now I was told my money can only refund to the account where they took my money from for the out stock book!

I have been waiting for nearly 4 months now for the out stock book when my money was taken out from my bank at the first place, now I cannot have refund as I closed my own bank account!!!

Poor experience

Course cancelled a week before due to poor uptake and then I am told I need to do a refund request form for a refund. Not impressed.

Purchasing my online S12 refresher course

The process of purchasing the online section 12 refresher course was very easily. Immediately upon payment access was provided for the course material.
had attended the face to face version 5 years ago and actually prefer this online version thus far
A definite recommend !
