First time motor home renal
We loved the van we got and it was our first time renting a motor home . It was comfortable and almost new . The unfortunate thing about it rental is that we paid extra for chairs and washing line and bedding etc . We got out into the national parks and had no chairs , no table or clothes line so if we wanted to sit outside it needed to be on the ground . . The van should have been checked properly before we received it and it hadn’t been cleaned properly either . The girl offered to get someone to clean it before we left but we had already been waiting so long I told her not to worry about it and I would clean it . . When reporting the chairs missing from the rental they suggested that I go and buy 2 chairs and a new table and o would be reimbursed. Problem being there was no where to buy anything.
I would definitely hire one again as we loved that type of transportation instead or our caravan . .
If we had all the equipment that we paid for I would definitely give it 5 stars

The limit of no more than 12km on unsealed roads for 2WDs has been in place for quite some time and applied to bookings made before collection as well. We do our best to make these details available at the time of booking so guests can plan with confidence. That said, we completely understand how frustrating this situation must have felt, and we’re especially sorry to hear that your interaction with our team didn’t meet expectations. Following your feedback, we have added the specific road you are referring to in our restricted roads for 2WDs, as a courtesy to our guests heading to that area, to ensure they are aware it is a restricted road.
