Worst experience, made an appointment to change my tire, I purchased 4 new Bridgestone tires
Walked in atv10 am and Tim said they are bz and need to leave the car and he will call me when done
Waited and nothing from tim
Came back at 3am ,5 hours later and noticed my truck parked outside and nothing Is done
Asked tim why my car is not done ,he replied ( we could not mount the tires) I said ,why ? And no reply, he basically almost toss the keys on the desk ,I said why you did not call me in 5 hours and tell me what is going on ? Again nothing to say,
I have been in the car business for over 25years and I know they did not even attempt to mount those tires
I will never recommend the vestal location ,they are dishonest and unprofessional

We came in for a oil change fixed a flat tire and we had a appointment and it took 2 hours
made appt sat 1300 oil change waited 2 hours before they got to it was just about ready to go across street to valvoline oil change when they took my car into Bay Area what is point of making an appt in first place used to be better place new mgmt changes might be problem will take my business elsewhere from now on

I can tell you now. I been to a few Mavies in the area and my experience at this one was so positive and different I spoke with Brittany about a few issues and she was calm and kind and respectful. It truly made all the difference. I'm also very with the work they did on my car. Wall mavies rocks.

Employees are extremely disrespectful to women. There are plenty of other shops (including other Mavis locations) that deserve your business. I don’t necessarily expect the best customer service at a mechanic, but when I’m politely waiting and giving space to an employee who doesn’t know how to pull a truck out of the bay, I don’t deserve harassment from the employee and others around. An employee nearly hit my vehicle going around me. If it was a misunderstanding, they could’ve addressed it, but they decided to attempt to humiliate me instead. The service advisor didn’t care either. They were nice at first to try to get good reviews. Now that they have them and they’re busy, they don’t care about how their staff treats customers. I will ensure all of the people I initially referred do not return and I will warn people not to send women here. These places are a dime a dozen. The least you could do is have respect for others.

Total lack of customer service. Had a 12:00 appointment. Showed early and checked in for an oil change. No effort to start the oil change. At 1:10 ask for my keys and left. Typical service. Manager didn’t even attempt to apologize or correct the lack of service. Note: it was not busy just lack of consideration for customer time. Has to be better place to give business.

I got charged for an alignment and was told they couldn't complete it i would have to take it to a dealership also couldn't give me the diagnostic calibration of before and after because their printer is broken so I left with only a receipt and no documents of labor. My business attorney will be involved
