Reliable fax messages. Will always send to difficult locations that MetroFax refuses to send to on weekends.
But there is one component of MetroFax that MaxEmail could benefit from: its own address book within the app. It tries to drag addresses and numbers from my Contact list, which is separate from the Fax numbers that I use frequently only for business. Because they are several different locations of the same named business (Walgreen's and other pharmacies), creating easily recognizable differences to make finding them easy for the app would be a big PITA.

MaxEmail is so easy to use and it is very convenient to be able to see incoming faxes no matter where I am.

Always outstanding service, including customer service when needed, from this company with which I've dealt for nearly a decade.

Well worth the money for a year. Love that I can send and receive faxes right on my phone or computer and tablet.

I think the service is great although as faxing fades, it is hard to say this service is a true value anymore. There should be better options for pricing for a two or three person office, which would also make managing the various lines a bit easier.

The technology has been around since the late 80's. But the price is a bit to high.

Quick and easy!

At $24/year, this just cannot be beat. I can fax a document just by emailing it to a maxemail address. I can give people a maxemail phone number and anything they fax to me shows up in my email. No need to go through any proprietary web interface --- the email-to-fax gateway works so well, works with my existing email, is reliable, and is well supported. When my credit card expired, getting the service unstuck was a snap --- the web link in the email notification just worked. Truly a great service.

Excellent service. I was using EFAX which was costing me almost $200 a year and for the amount of faxing that I was doing was way too costly. MaxEmail basic account very reasonable and a fraction of the cost of what EFAX was charging me.

Porting my existing dedicated fax line was seamless. By using MaxEmail I am saving approximately $400/year on my phone bill. Set up was easy and I couldn't be happier with the support I received during the process.

I got this app to fax from my iPhone it's fast, easy and able to fax many pages within seconds.

I am pleased not to be paying $40+ $$ a month for a phone bill. I don't receive many faxes but still need to maintain a line, I'm happy with service and cost

I've used others but MaxEmail is far superior ! I love it !! I would recommend this to anyone. It does not disappoint.

MaxEmail is SO easy and convenient! I would highly recommend this service if you have any needs to receive faxes. No need for a device to receive faxes or wasting paper with solicitors sending faxes that you don't want. It is easy and a time saver!

It's very cheap and it works as advertised. Not much else to say.

This is a great fax app. Support id quick to respond (even on weekends) and my favorite thing is it connects with document you have saved on the cloud. You get returned faxes to your email so no need for a fax machine. You can do everything from your phone on the go!

Maxemail is easy to use and is a great way to get your faxes and easy to send faxes... it truly comes in handy..
