Great plattform except...
Everything on the plattform is great! They have competitive prices and the website works fine, i like that you can customize your profile as well. What i'd say though is that the shipping prices to spain were kinda high, but not a lot (10€), so i had to buy with a friend to split costs.

Excellent European store to buy anything related to gaming

Great EU store to buy anything related to gaming and not have to pay customs! Only down side which is a normal problem in my local area it’s the courier who didn’t bring the order and had to wait an extra day to go get it at the store(a locker could have been used).

Sending me a faulty/bad product
Sending me a faulty/bad product and i have to pay return shipping and they are not refunding the shipping i paid when i orderd. This also isnt there first screw up. Orderd 70 jade switches> i get 60 and 10 jade pro. Orderd a new pad> i get a used one. Orderd a demo mouse> i get one that was literally weight modded with cuts in the base and a 50mah battery instead of the 250mah. I can only recommended to never order from this company
