Ordered then got refunded without any explanation emailed and phoned

I bought 2 children's outdoor beanbags. They are rectangular so shaped liked a floor cushion but can be sat on like a beanbag.
Great price, delivered quickly, look like they'll survive life with 2 small people. Very impressed

They sent the wrong colour when I contacted them their customer service was abysmal- rude and aggressive- the product was fine just the wrong colour - won't use this company again because of the customer service

Beanbag arrived quickly but smells of plastic chemical smell & with week in garage there is no improvement. Bag poorly filled with filling. Both these are points made by previous buyers. Do not waste your money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have had a very poor response from the manager. I did promptly received two bags of the bean bag balls. However, one of the bags was mouldy. Maxibean refused to pay for the postage return (as is the consumer’s right when goods are faulty). Instead the manager responded to my polite and honest emails with short, curt replies. I originally thought this was AI responses and was knocked off my feet when I realised it was a person. I would not use this company again and I do not recommend them. The manager is a money grabbing snipe who cares not a jot for the consumer.

Quick easy delivery bean bag came quicker than expected. Bought for 13 year old daughters bedroom she loves it and hasn't stopped using it.

I ordered an XXL Foldable Beanbag Chair from Maxibean and was really disappointed when it arrived. The beanbag was already dirty and marked straight out of the box, which is completely unacceptable for a new item. On top of that, it’s overfilled to the point of being unusable—it’s so firm that my six-year-old son can’t even sit on it when it’s in seat mode.

I contacted Maxibean a week ago to raise these issues and have yet to receive any response. The lack of customer service has made the whole experience even more frustrating.

Really poor quality and even worse communication. I would not recommend.

RUDE AND INSULTING IF YOU WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM. I WAS CALLED UNHINGED AND DISGUSTING FOR ASKING FOR THESE OPTIONS. THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM AND THEN FOLLOWED IT UP WITH ABUSIVE REPETITIVE EMAILS AND REFUSED TO HELP OR ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS

CH5 2NU, UK) me trying to arrange a return or exchange for my disabled sons birthday. I ordered an Xl beanbag, they're sending a COVER ONLY at over £37! after asking for details on how to return or exchange, bearing in mind the item hasn't even left their factory yet! They refused to answer any questions and replied to 8 emails with three words *read previous messages* they wont give an exchange as per their own policy on the website or provide me with the instructions and return label to send it back once it arrives! I have advised them i will be refusing the delivery should it ever arrive and have requested my money be returned to me from the bank! Parcel was not delivered to my address. Royal Mail tracking shows it a totally random doorway. Contacted company via email and they refused to acknowledge the issues. Called me disgusting and a liar. I emailed them evidence of my front door colour and sent google maps photos and they wouldn’t even acknowledge they are wrong. Still said they were right and that I was lying about my front door!!!! Have started a charge back via my bank. AVOID at all costs. Their customer service is awful and I suspect their emails are AI generated.

Was delivered really quick,and the driver was very helpful. The goods themselves are really good quality and my great grandson is extremely happy with it. Thank you.

Seam on bag burst first night used had to bin the bag. Sent two emails to complain no response.

This company is the worst. I ordered two children sized seats and got two bags of poly balls instead. I contacted them about their error and the response was extremely unprofessional. They didn't attempt to fix their error but instead refunded me. I still now must find two bean bag chairs. I do not recommend buying from this company as they are advertising falsely.
