I have asked multiple times for a VAT receipt and still have not received it.

Despite having replies and correspondence they simply will not send it.

Really pleased with the purple beanbag, I’m sure my grandson will love it!

The items arrived in very good time. They are lovely. The children are enjoying them. A handle on the top would be a great addition for picking up and moving around but we are very pleased with them.

Ordered two items. One item damaged, not by myself on opening box. Raised with the company and just kept receiving aggressive emails saying we had damaged it on opening it. No discussion about being damaged in transit just kept sending rude one line responses. Was very unprofessional way to respond. Had no intention of even trying to have a polite conversation with us. Extremely disappointed product was damaged but also then that the company were so rude when there was an issue.

Great product but thought it might have had move filling than it has.

It was a great experience. I was kept informed and the product arrived very quickly. I was really pleased with it and was excellent value. I would buy again from this company

Ordered 3 beanbags on the 16th Jan and still haven't received them, no tracking info as royal mail say they haven't received them.
Tried to call customer service but the no just cuts you off as says they are busy
Emailed twice and had no response!
Delivery was 3-5 working days
Will be going to my bank for a charge back

Extremely disappointed with my purchase from Maxibean. The quality of the beanbag is terrible, and the colour is not as advertised – I ordered ivory/cream, but what I received is more of a pale pink. On top of that, I ordered both a beanbag and a footstool, but only the beanbag arrived. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but they’ve been completely unresponsive. The beanbag itself is uncomfortable to sit in and feels cheaply made. Would not recommend Maxibean or their products to anyone.

Quick delivery. Good service - the beanbag is a good quality, durable fabric and very firm.
Only minor point, but it was dusty when it arrived- maybe from the warehouse?
It was easy enough to clean with a wet wipe, but that's the why I didn't give 5 stars

I ordered a 2 bean bags, one each for my niece and nephew, as Christmas presents as they are moving house in the new year and thought they’d be great to chill out and read books on. The bean bags were great; big, comfortable and in beautiful bright colours. I have since ordered one for my daughter to go next to her book shelf.
They came quickly and in great condition. The postman was most intrigued but the big boxes which were super light!!!!

Ordered an adults size bean bag for my 10 year old son thinking it would last longer than the child’s size, however it definitely would not fit an adult comfortably. Measured the height which states 90cm online, but in fact only measures 80cm. Although the bean bag is good quality, I am disappointed in the sizing.

Really great quality

Before Christmas, I ordered two bean bag gaming chairs from Home and Garden Products/Maxibean. I placed two further orders with Maxibean - one for another gaming chair with footstool and another for a folding bean bag bed chair. I intended giving these chairs/bed to four of our grandchildren as Christmas presents. We were very pleased with the style and quality of the gaming chairs. However, the bed /chair arrived in an unacceptable dirty condition. I contacted Maxibean and offered to take the bed to their nearby warehouse to exchange it. I was told that this wasn't possible. I was also told that their chairs were wipeable. I asked whether, if I wiped the bed and it was still dirty, they would still exchange it. I did not receive a reply so I sent photos of the bed to them. I pointed out that it was difficult to show the true condition of the bed in photos. However, we had paid for a new bed in pristine condition and we had received one that was not suitable to be given as a present. Maxibean replied that having reviewed the photos they agreed that the bed was dirty and not up to their usual standard. They then said that they had instructed the warehouse to send me a replacement. They also said that I should dispose of the one I had received. I did not receive anything before Christmas and nothing has arrived since. I have delayed writing a review to give them a fair opportunity to put things right. It seems that ,with this firm, everything is fine provided that you don't have any problem with any of their products. We are extremely disappointed with Maxibean. In our opinion, their customer service is appalling and cannot be trusted.

From the time I placed the order to receiving my bean bag, 3 days & this was just before Christmas, quick emails to confirm order & then dispatched.
Wish more companies were this good 😀
