I will say I was nervous at first ordering from here for the first time. But boy was I worrying for no reason! I ordered 4 items and all are super beautiful and better looking in person! I even inquired about an exchange and received a very quick and clear response. To make it even better, I didn’t have to send the product back. I was shocked because it is a beautiful ring that although hurts a little in between my fingers to wear I don’t feel as bad about spending the money and not wearing it now. They were super responsive to my request and my new item arrived quickly! Packaging is awesome too! I will be ordering again!

Absolutely love my rings. I did order 2! Love the fact that they have affirm as an option for payment plans!
My husband bought me a ring from Walmart for our wedding the rings didn’t fit and Walmart could not upsize it after wait literally 3 months for them to send it off. They never contacted me to tell me it couldn’t be resized. Even though the box said it could!
I absolutely love the fact that they offer more than just size 7 rings on this website. I ordered a 7ct and a 4ct and let me say they are stunning that it is difficult for me to choose which ring I love the most! Love the fact it comes with different options to choose from. Ordering was fun, so many beautiful options! I was instantly given a tracking link so that was calming! Overall, my order took 12 days. To create to proper size and ship to Illinois, I personally think that was perfect! My package came safely and beautifully wrapped and my ring!! It's wayyyy better than I could have thought! I purchased this beautiful ring. My second purchase in fact.
This ring comes with an insert band.
When I attempted to put it together, the insert band was a bit too snug and with some force of pushing the ring in, resulted with tiny scratches on the ring. I informed customer service about this and was offered a gift card and the opportunity to return the ring for them to adjust it. I told the rep that I'd be going on holiday soon and won't be able to send it off to adjust and I'd prefer to have the gift card amount used to knock down my ring cost instead, especially as it resulted in having my ring scratched. Surely they should've made sure that the ring fit perfectly before sending it and if that wasn't the case, work with me in putting that gift card towards the cost of my already ruined ring. A damn $20 as well! I Surely wouldn't be purchasing again! And that's a shame 🫠
