Good site, easy to use. Ordered festool parts.
Downside they used Collissimo for next day delivery for which I paid an extra 11€. Iplaced the order Thursday evening. I received my Colis the following Monday. Of id used normal free postage it would have arrived Tuesday..Ok. It was a weekend. But if I'd known Collissimo don't deliver Saturday. I wouldn't have payed Extra. So who is responsible? The people who took my money or the courier? Neither Stepp up to the mark.
Looks like I'm staying 11€ out of pocket🤔
