Absolutely useless SIM card. I tried to contact the for assistance but nothing.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!’
End up paying a whole lot of money on my mobile roaming account.
Sent them emails but nothing at all.
Still waiting for a response. Absolutely appalling.

My eSim for Uzbekistan was not working at first. I contacted their support through email and they respond fast, and are very patient with going back and forth with instructions. When we were stuck, they sent me a new eSim. They will assist you until the sim you purchased is working.

I would like to sincerely thank and commend Novi for assisting me today with my Maya eSIM concern. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

It worked perfectly during our trip.

Purchased multiple plans after speaking to their customer service. Was led to believe you calls and texts are possible so long as you have an active phone number with your original carrier. After confronting Maya about not being able to call or text they walked me through the settings process mentioning it is possible but once they saw the settings were as they mentioned and it did not work, they immediately began saying they don't support calls or texts but only data.

This crucial detail was only mentioned at the end once the money was spent and was only refunded for 1GB out of 10GB of purchases made. Reporting to BBB.

Brilliant experience. Easy to set up and reception was great. Would use again and recommend. Great value too compared to others.

Did contact Maya via chatt. Got a response from an agent just shortly after the stipulated waiting time. The agent was able to fix my problem immediately.

Delighted and impressed! 9 out of 10 times Maya's eSims have worked fine in different locations. Today for the first time I had a connectivity issue, although all settings were adjusted correctly. Wrote a mail to the support team and received a response from Novi in a matter of minutes (great!) and the best thing: the instructions fixed the issue immediately. Great service - Thanks, Novi!

I have used maya eSIM before and found it to be good value and good coverage and decide to use it again for another upcoming trip.
I choose the wrong start date but the customer service team were great and corrected my mistake.

The E Sim was super easy and quick to install, the service was reliable, and it was considerably cheaper than other plans we looked at. The app lets you track exactly what you’re usages and makes it easy to add on if you’re running out.. Would highly recommend

It seems to work well in the southern Santiago area and in southern Chile and Argentina, but not elsewhere. In multiple small towns where both Movistar and Entel are shown as available networks, there is actually no reception.
Would recommend another network with better coverage for traveling through Patagonia.

Had an eSim for Turkey - worked brilliantly well with excellent speeds and coverage

But, like any eSim make sure you set it up before you go to the country of your choice

I paid to have unlimited data for my 10-day trip to Egypt, and the internet was working only for the first 2 days.... it was horrible. I do not recommend.

Out of service several times during my trip.
