Everything was good, signal, Internet Speed.

It was a hassle free process. I think the one thing can be improved is to apply national rates to the eSIM or at-least the rates for long term stays can be adapted for national rates. After a month I decided to not use the eSIM data.

I had a very disappointing experience with Maya Mobile eSIM during my recent trip to Spain.

Shortly after activating the eSIM, I received notifications that 50%, then 70%, and then 90% of my data had been used—within just a few minutes. During that time, I only used my phone briefly for Google Maps walking directions, so this level of data consumption was completely unexpected and highly questionable.

I contacted customer support immediately. Initially, they acknowledged the issue and indicated that a refund would be provided. However, they later reversed their position and refused to issue any refund, without offering a satisfactory explanation for the rapid data usage.

This experience raises serious concerns about data tracking accuracy and transparency. Based on what happened, I would strongly advise other travelers to monitor their usage very carefully or consider alternative eSIM providers.

Overall, this felt misleading and frustrating, and I cannot recommend this service.

Maya Mobile eSIM worked very well in the Philippines metro areas but out in the province signal was not strong but I expected that. Overall easy to use and works well.

I hope I get refund as I didn’t use or installed the eSIM

I had trouble accessing my new data after top-up. I was able to connect to a live agent right away, and he guided me step by step. The resolution was simple, but we did tests together anyway. It was the Speedtest app that was misleading. He took my feedback nicely on the help section related to my issue. It's amazing to be able to get help promptly since data is a must when travelling. I will use Maya again on my next trips.

I love maya!!!!!! I was very sceptical because of the price difference of the other esim companies but mehn did it surpass my expectations. The network was fast and very reliable.il always use maya for all my travels. It was so easy to set up and network coverage was amazing.

I purchased an eSIM from Maya, and was informed that the eSIM would be ready within a few moments. However, although I received an invoice and confirmation of payment by email, no eSIM was ever delivered. I tried the online help chatbot, which is simply pathetic, churning out the same standard response over and over, no matter what you ask it. You cannot get a human to help via chat. I tried their support email address, and someone did eventually answer, advising that they were experiencing difficulties and my eSIM would be delivered within a few hours. I waited several hours, and still no eSIM was delivered, so I issued a "Failure to Deliver" email requesting immediate delivery or a full refund. The company agreed to a refund. AVOID
