Service Excellence esp from their Service Manager - Bill Papadopoulos!
Since mid-2017 until now - 7 years of Service Excellence from Bill P. (Service Manager) has motivated me to keep having our Mazda CX5 serviced here, eventhough it has been past its warranty. And although many automotive shops have been offering their low-cost services to our family.
And that's because Bill is the type of leader that foster great ties with his customers and colleagues. In fact I dare say, that many times I've felt the exact same treatment from him, as from my family members too. Such commitment to customer care and utmost service, embodies what the Mazda core fundamentals are, and he exemplifies it so well.
Mazda of Toronto is indeed very fortunate to have such a dedicated & customer-focused service manager to take care of such a core & critical business pillar - the service department.
Late last 2024, I needed the CX5 serviced and his whole team - lead by him - went over & beyond in providing top notch customer satisfaction.
My kudos to Mazda of Toronto for such service excellence esp thru Bill P., for leaving an indelible experience for me and my entire family.
