BBC It's A Knock Out Reviews 

In a similar situation to the review below however the reviews aren’t linked. We were supposed to be going to It’s A Knock Out this weekend in Manchester for my cousin’s hen do but of course COVID-19 had other plans... the wedding is no longer going ahead (of course) and we have received refunds from every event we had planned except IAKO who are down right refusing. Extremely poor service and so shocked no refund is being issued considering the event breaches all social distancing measures!! I have reported the company to the CMA.

I'm not one for writing negative reviews as i normally have pretty positive experiences but in this case I sadly haven't. So myself and others were to attend the 'its a knockout'event for my sister-in-laws hen party. Due to the covid19 lockdown this has had to be postponed and as we are unaware of what is going on yet and the main wedding venue has cancelled we are not sure when the wedding will be taking place or even if it will now be in this country.
I totally understand that this is a difficult time for everyone but to be told that we loose our deposit (when this crisis is no fault of our own) its upsetting, i would totally understand if we had cancelled ourselves but this is a totally different situation.
Other things have had to be cancelled yet we have had no issue in getting a refund as the companies have understood it's difficult for everybody at this time so have been fantastically fair.
Its a shame these couldnt do the same as we were looking forward to the event but sadly would not use this company in future and as for the staff member i communicated with via emails she would only reply until my redund was requested then chose to ignore coincidentally...overall customer service wasnt great
