My experience with MBG Card and Mr

My experience with MBG Card and Mr. Abhinav Dubey has been very disappointing.

Before payment, several commitments and assurances were made, and the services were presented very positively. However, after making the payment, communication became extremely difficult. Customer care numbers were either unavailable or not responding, and there was no satisfactory response from employees or on official communication groups.

As a customer, I expected timely support and updates, but unfortunately, I did not receive the level of service that was promised. Based on my personal experience, I would advise prospective customers to conduct thorough research and seek clear written commitments before engaging in business with MBG Card.

I hope the company improves its customer support and communication practices in the future.

A bunch of liars

Their staff is not qualified. They are not so technichal who understang the requirements of the user. Whatever the salesperson tells at the time of selling their product is a lie. They will not help you in growing the business because everything is video-based, and you only have to do it yourself, which they do not tell you at the time of selling their product. A traditional business owner can't understand and do all this bullshit. Be true to the customer by disclosing all the prerequisites to the customer.

Digital marketing fraud company…

I had initially paid for the in dec 2024 for a business which got acquired within 2to 3 days of signing up. I told them to refund the amount since no work had gotten started. They refused to refund. Ultimately, I started another business in April 2026, for which they said they will provide the services. But, their staff is inefficient and inept. They don't provide the scope of work at the start of the contract. They don't provide SEO based on the need of the business. They do some sort of a joke in the name of SEO. Their employees don't answer phone calls and whatsapp messages. And their customer care number has changed twice in the last 2 months. Looks like they are out to cheat people. Previously a recorded call with abhinav dubey’s (the owner )voice used to come to ask if there are any complaints. Now that has stopped. Not a trustworthy organisation at all. My website work is still pending since one dnd a half month. Their staff writes blogs which copy pasted from chat got or some AI software. That also had grammatical mistakes.they make you pay for 15 months of service, but, the reality is that even after 3 months, my business is yet to get launched online. Pl do not subscribe to their marketing package.

Very disappointing experience with MBG Card. I paid for the promised services, but the commitments made at the time of payment were not fulfilled. After collecting the amount, proper support and service delivery were missing. I faced repeated delays and poor communication. Do NOT buy any product from this…

Do NOT buy any product from this company. I paid 35,000+ for one year of service, but after 6 months had passed, I did not get the service I paid for. I emailed and spoke with their team members for a refund, but nobody entertained me. Fake and fraudulent company. Do not waste your hard-earned money.

My engagement with @MBG Card has turned into one of the most disappointing and alarming service experiences I have ever faced. After making full payment, I expected professionalism, accountability, and timely delivery. Instead, what I encountered was a long chain of broken commitments, repeated handovers, and complete lack of ownership.

Here is the ground reality of my experience:

• Website still not ranking
• Website not opening properly on first attempt
• WhatsApp API not working
• Chatbot not functioning
• Google Business Profile suspended with no support
• No single responsible point of contact
• Every new person asks for the same details again
• Multiple assurances, but no one ever returns with a solution
• Weeks of follow-ups with zero progress

The most concerning part is the consistent pattern:
Someone calls → takes details → promises to revert → disappears.
This has happened repeatedly across departments, indicating a serious internal breakdown.

As a customer who trusted the company with my brand and digital presence, this experience has caused operational delays, business impact, and unnecessary stress. The level of non-responsiveness and lack of accountability is deeply concerning and raises serious questions about how the company is functioning.

I am sharing this publicly so that others can make informed decisions before engaging with @MBG Card. Transparency is important, and business owners deserve to know what they are stepping into.

If the company genuinely wishes to resolve this matter, I am still open to a constructive and accountable conversation — but the current experience speaks for itself.

My experience with MBG Card has been extremely alarming and deeply disappointing.

• Google Business Profile suspended with no support for reinstatement
• No single point of contact
• Every new team member asks for the same details again
• Assurances are given repeatedly, but no one ever returns with a solution
• Weeks of follow-ups with zero progress

The pattern has been the same throughout:
Someone calls → takes details → promises to revert → disappears.

After multiple elaboration sessions with different employees, not a single major deliverable has been completed. The internal coordination appears completely broken, and customers are left without support after payment.

This experience has caused operational delays, business impact, and unnecessary stress. I am sharing this review so that other business owners can make informed decisions before trusting this company with their time, money, and business reputation.

I hope this review helps others avoid the challenges I have faced.

I purchased the “MBG Ultimate Plan”…

I purchased the “MBG Ultimate Plan” from mbgcard.com on 11 April 2026 by paying ₹33,000.

Before payment, I was assured proper onboarding, service setup, and ongoing support. I completed the full onboarding process and submitted all required details, including business and GST information, on the same day.

However, as of 25 April 2026:
- No onboarding has been completed
- No service has been delivered
- The login credentials provided are not working
- No GST invoice has been issued
- The assigned team is not responding to calls or messages

I also have a call recording dated 25 April 2026 where their team confirmed that onboarding was still not completed.

Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no progress or proper response.

I would strongly advise others to verify properly before making any advance payment for such services.
