Extremely disappointing experience with…

Extremely disappointing experience with Shipmozo. Multiple shipments are stuck in transit with no proper resolution despite multiple tickets. We faced parcels picked up but not scanned, delayed RTOs, conflicting tracking updates, and customers being asked to collect parcels from hubs. Most disappointing was the support team blaming us for selecting courier partners available on their own platform instead of providing resolution. Very poor support and accountability.

I had a very bad experience with Shipmozo. I already sent an email regarding my issue, but the response was not helpful and the problem is still unresolved. The service is slow and customer support is not reliable. I do not recommend this company.

BIGGEST FRAUD FOR SELLER

This is my genuine personal experience as a seller using Shipmozo, and it has been nothing but frustrating and financially damaging.

1. Zero timely support – every issue takes 24–48 hours
Whenever a problem occurs (which is VERY frequent), their team takes 24–48 hours just to respond.
By the time they reply, the shipment is already RTO, and we sellers bear the loss.

2. Deliver TO customer but mark RTO in the panel
This is the biggest issue.
My shipments were successfully delivered to customers, but Shipmozo’s panel still showed RTO marked.
Because of this, they hold COD remittance instead of releasing it on time.

3. COD payments are delayed for months
Unless YOU personally follow up again and again, Shipmozo never releases COD remittance.
Some of my parcels took 3–6 months to get resolved.
Every time, the same excuse: “Company issue, we will solve it.”

4. Feels like they keep seller’s money locked intentionally
Based on my repeated experience, it feels like Shipmozo keeps the money unless the seller fights for it.
No proactive support, no transparency, no accountability.

Overall:

Using Shipmozo has been one of the worst decisions for my business.
Delayed support, wrong tracking statuses, months-long COD delays — it’s a nightmare for any seller who relies on timely cash flow.

I hope this review helps other sellers avoid the unnecessary losses and stress I faced.

shipmozo is a big scammer

they make fake delivery attempts , even if item is lost/theft they will ask you for prove , how to share prove if delivery boy attempt theft , product is deliverd but mark undeliver for most of COD products and dont pay money saying its lost.however customer says he recieved the product and paid money .their customer is pathetic no sense " how to talk with client " , sales team specially a guy named Ankit , while sellinng he make big commitments , once sold sir plz contact customer care
