Great advice and pre-sales support
I was looking for some advice on choosing a new bicycle. Due to shortages I was not able to get exactly what I was looking for but Colin helped me to find something similar which fitted my needs. I also ordered a bunch of extras and these and the bike were all delivered directly to me (In the middle of lockdown so couldn't collect). Everything went very smoothly and I was up and running around 30 minutes after receiving the bike. Payment was straightforward (bike to work scheme).
Very happy both with the bike and the service given by MBW Bike Shop over the phone.

Headset bearings

Excellent service from MBW once again
Excellent service from MBW once again. Contacted them on a Thursday about new wheels for my gravel bike. New wheels fitted, set up tubeless (on tyres I didn't buy from them!), bike checked and tuned up and back on the road by Friday lunchtime. You can't argue with that!
