I got a delivery to my house and the fries were cold, my order was messed up and the presentation was not very appetising it looks like they just slap your burger on the bun and wrap it up.
So would I recommend going there... no because if you hate sloppy food I would highly recommend not going.

Mcdonalds drive thru leyland....well where do i start,first of all the young girl had an attitude problem ordered 2x double sausage and egg meals one with large coffee both meals were burnt the young girl decided to throw my coffee in my car leading to a full footwell of coffee stained smelling carpet in my car with no appolligey which ive just had vallet the day b4 costing me £60 which now means im going to have to do it again costing me more money ,will never go here again and will be contacting cs to take this furter

I was picking up an order, im an Uber driver, and there was so many drivers waiting for there deliveries, i waited 40 minutes to get my order, there was only 1 girl doing the deliveries and the other staff were waiting around talking and laughing, I spoke to the girl to find out why my order was taking so long, and she said it was just her doing it, I was told this was the worst McDonald's around, but until I experienced it myself I took it with a grain of salt, but it has happened to me twice now at the same McDonald's, I am disgusted with there service, they got 1 star only because you can't give a zero stars.
Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had
We ordered food on Christmas from a delivery app from the Syracuse Utah McDonald’s. After 90 minutes we were contacted by the courier and informed this location was actually closed and management had failed to notify or update the settings on the app to show this store as being closed. If they had done this it would not of been possible to order and we would have made a different selection. After hearing this I attempted to contentions corporate office through email. I received 3 responses from 3 different people refusing to address the issue and tried to shift blame to the delivery service even though the fault clearly falls on the manager for not notifying the delivery service. This experience and the lack of professionalism is unreal. I will not eat or support McDonald’s in any way in the future.

Date: Monday, December 22, 2025
Time: Approximately 8:50 a.m.
Location: McDonald’s, 50 Glen Road, Garner, NC
On the above date and time, I went to pick up a delivery order at the McDonald’s located at 50 Glen Road in Garner, NC.
As I was exiting the restaurant, a female employee was sweeping directly outside the doorway. I was holding my delivery in my left hand and opened the door outward with my right hand. I paused and waited for the employee to move so I could safely exit, as the door opened toward her and she was positioned directly in front of it.
Despite seeing the door open and my attempt to wait, the employee continued sweeping and did not make space for me to pass. When she momentarily stopped sweeping to use her phone, I attempted to exit quickly. At that point, she resumed sweeping abruptly, and the broom struck the back of my heel.
I stopped and calmly told her that sweeping into me was rude and unnecessary. In response, the employee became verbally aggressive, began cursing, and spoke in an unprofessional manner.
I returned inside the restaurant and requested to speak with a manager. A female manager came out with me, and I explained what had happened. When we approached the employee outside, the manager stated that the employee was “only fifteen and autistic.” No apology was offered, nor was there any attempt to de-escalate the situation or acknowledge the physical contact and verbal behavior.
The interaction left me frustrated and disappointed, particularly due to the lack of accountability and professionalism from management. This location has a history of poor customer service, including delayed and missing orders, and this incident further reflects ongoing issues.
I am submitting this complaint to formally document the incident and request that appropriate steps be taken to improve employee supervision, customer safety, and management response at this location.
Room for much improvement
Shitty experience not even exaggerating, got a McFlurry Twix half melted, payed extra for Daim but ended up not getting any, just getting small clumps of caramel at the bottom which made it very unpleasant to eat.

Our girl guides ordered as a treat for all there hard work a MC D’s from Cheshunt Brookfield center and they lied that they were unable to find the location which is easily available on google. They have lost all our future business and hope they lose others too. A disgrace to their own name and to the lies they use. Avoid.

Canning Town at 3am is quiet but FILTHY, and when asked for one table to be cleaned, they wiped it with attitude and a dirty damp cloth but no cleaning fluids! To whom it may concern,
I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding a series of serious and unacceptable incidents that occurred at McDonald’s Strood on the evening of 14 December 2025 at approximately 9:00 PM. These incidents involved management staff and a McDonald’s delivery driver, and collectively caused significant distress to my family.
Earlier that evening, my partner (who is heavily pregnant and disabled), myself, and her elderly parents raised a complaint at the restaurant regarding an incorrect food order and the rude conduct of an assistant manager. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, both the manager and assistant manager responded with extremely rude and confrontational remarks. Their behaviour was dismissive, inappropriate, and wholly unacceptable — particularly given the presence of a disabled, heavily pregnant customer and elderly family members.
Shortly after this interaction, while attempting to leave the premises, a McDonald’s-branded delivery lorry was parked in such a way that it completely blocked a disabled vehicle, preventing it from exiting its parking bay. The vehicle being blocked was occupied by Louise, placing her in a distressing and avoidable situation.
Despite it being clear that a disabled customer was unable to leave, the delivery driver did not take immediate action to resolve the obstruction. Instead, the driver became confrontational, further escalating the situation following the earlier incident with management staff.
This sequence of events demonstrates a pattern of unacceptable behaviour, including:
Rude and confrontational conduct by both the manager and assistant manager
Failure to appropriately handle a customer complaint
Obstruction of a disabled customer’s vehicle
Unsafe and inappropriate parking of a heavy commercial vehicle
Confrontational conduct by a delivery driver operating on McDonald’s behalf
Under the Equality Act 2010, McDonald’s has a legal duty to ensure that disabled customers are not placed at a disadvantage or subjected to distress as a result of staff or contractor actions. The conduct displayed on this occasion — by multiple representatives — falls significantly below the standards expected of a company of McDonald’s reputation.
Photographic evidence of the vehicle obstruction is available and can be provided upon request.
I expect the following:
1. A full investigation into the conduct of the manager, assistant manager, and delivery driver involved
2. Written confirmation of the outcome and actions taken
3. Assurance that staff and delivery contractors receive appropriate training in customer conduct, disability awareness, and conflict management
Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise how it will be progressed. I expect a written response within 14 days.
The real McDonald's
I just watched a commercial on TV, the McDonalds festive one. I was wondering when they will start showing real life occaasions when a delivery arrives and something is missing. This is always the case when I place an order and I doubt very much, I am alone on this. The latest episode was last night when the only item my wife ordered was missing, when she contacted customer services, she was told to take it up with Uber.
