Too slow, they switched orders with my friends and the food is awful

I LOVE THE FOOD. It is nice but quite overpriced. They always mess up our orders even the simplest orders were wrong. I can't lie it is my favourite place to eat but it can be quite a negative experience.

Gave 1 star would have given zero if I could though we would order to have Sunday while watching the match ordered at 2. 55 pm meal arrived at 5.35pm well into the 2nd half of the match ordered 2 mc flurry s not in package my wife said it could have melted the time it took to get here hahaha thenci5 got worse ordered 3 big mac meals burgers were that cold they were only fit for the bin they must have been in the packaging for at least 2 hours out of the 2 and a half hours we waited the buns were soggy and disgusting the chips were cold and going hard the nuggets we ordered for the dogs were rock hard we ordered 2 mac flurry s that never arrived rang the restaurant up and was told nothing to do with them if we had a complaint get in touch with just eat trying to get in touch with them was like getting in touch with king Charles already stopped ordering from kfs they were bad congealed chicken fit for the bin won't be ordering from mc Donald's ever again wouldn't have it again if it was free when I want a takeaway again I will drive there myself

The big tasty is back, big in size and taste with that special sauce, hold on wait a minute. It's not big anymore, it's smaller. It's a glorified big mac, with a large novelty sized tomato. McDonald's why did you decide to cheat the loyal big tasty fans, shame on you. The 'big tasty', what it lacks in size it makes up for in taste. Well at least you didn't spoil the taste, even if you do put less sauce on it now. Looks like I'll have to defect to a big whopper, at least they remain loyal to there size!!!

Sat waiting in the drive through, shocking wait for a time of day you'd assume to be quiet

I visit McDonald’s quite often because it’s convenient and fast, but my recent experiences have been just average. The food is familiar, but several times I received fries that were a bit soggy or burgers that weren’t hot. Service is quick when it’s quiet, but during peak hours it can get messy and orders are sometimes mixed up.
Overall, McDonald’s is still a safe choice for a quick meal, but I hope they improve the food quality and consistency across locations.

Purchased 2 happy meals 2 double cheese burgers the food was stone cold not first time either wasn't busy only 16.30 so expected food to be fresh absolutely disgusting seriously need a change in management.

No plates, no cutlery or glasses. View from window was prosaic, Ambience was non existent .I asked the waiter for a carafe of water, even this was a problem. Redeemed by one kind waitress who bought us some condiments.

Ice cream machines are always broken and the food seems to be hit or miss. Usually it is so bland and no flavor.

Mcdonalds wigston their hot chocolate is just like drinking warm water disgusting

Always a great experience at this McDonald’s! The staff are friendly, fast, and get the order right every time. The restaurant is clean, the food is always fresh and hot, and the drive-thru is super quick even during busy hours.

I really appreciate how polite the workers are and how well they handle big lines. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations around — consistent quality and great service every time!

Ordered from McDonalds in Malvern today, when it arrived it was Stone Cold, we were annoyed, when you order food from anywhere it should be at least WARM.

So please be aware unless you like Cold food.

We may not have any Delivery in the Future.

Ordered a breakfast and AGAIN missing items. Ordered double sausage/egg muffin meal

Pancakes/sausage meal all to come with drinks and yet hey-ho NO DRINKS!!!! And whoever packs the bags and tries to squeeze the pancake into a small bag PLEASE look up common sense and use a BIGGER BAG.

The branch in Canning Town has become very hostile to drivers. The moment you pack, the driver is under premises' arrest. The driver is issued a packing ticket if he leaves the premises for whatever reason. When is a custermer not a customer. I have been issued with tickets even when I have receipts to prove that I was there as a customer. Drivers take note.

What is it with Mc Donalds retail park dunfermline if you what to find a outlet that screws up your order regularly you cant beat them from cold fries ,or burger with added pickels or tomato when you ask for nether kids happy meal missing its drink on a large order you cant beat them to be fair this is not a constant thing but happens enough times for me to write this review
