glasgow fort McDonald's terrible

Order food for glasgow fort morrisons. Pancakes for my little ones under age of ten get gone zero mapel syrup for them. 2 weeks later order food no sauces. Another week later no sauces. Im paying for this and clear tlto last to hand out or theft what one is it. Order in store waited 45 mins for kids chicken nuggest as just eat drivers place a joke of a McDonald's

Merry hill the boulevard 43 quid spent and three item completely missing ,double quarter pounder cheese 1 fries and 4 sauces but food was cold and when I tried to speak to someone, the person at restaurant said I needed to contact customer service, got a virtual assistant ,i tried to get number for customer service got sent back to virtual assistant tried to find complaints department got sent to USA 🇺🇸 got sick of trying needless to say I feel pretty ripped off and got no help whatsoever I'd give them minus stars if I could it's not the first time they've messed my order up but it's the worst because of lack of service and no caring. Money is tight and can't even have a treat without it being messed .night totally spoilt for me and my wife .thank mc Donald's

Missing food and Useless AI complaint system

Order was missing two mayo chicken. The only way to complain is through an AI assistant that is completely useless, keeps freezing then just stops working. I could drive back to the restaurant but food I received is already cold and the amount of time and fuel it takes, it’s just not worth it. This isn’t the first time things have been missing from my order from Weymouth 2 Souter Way “Mc Donald restaurant” but is the first time it tried resolve online. Absolutely rubbish online complaint system for customer service..

one thing i love is going to mc donalds after a long day and getting a bright colorful shake that can probably glow in the dark and will definitely clog something in my body and with that a double cheeseburger that probably isnt even real meat but who cares

Very disappointing

Been to my local McDonald’s drive thru today and I was kept waiting for quite a few minutes while other cars went through. Eventually the member of staff came on the speaker and after every item ordered she kept saying is that everything with a negative attitude to me trying to rush me and when I went to the pay window still had a negative mood with me. I go to maccis regular and i spend a lot of money there and it is not nice to be treated in such an ignorant way like this. Some staff need to treat us customers with respect. Very disappointed there is no need to behave like that.

Burger

This is the only place where I frequently eat burgers and believe me, I’ve visited mcDonald’s in different places and you always know exactly what you’re getting anywhere in the world. I like grabbing a quick big burger or breakfast when I’m in a hurry. The price and speed of orders are decent. Some might say it’s not fancy, and it’s true, but when you need a fast bite, it never lets down

The Goulburn Maccas is absolutely…

The Goulburn Maccas is absolutely horrendous. The staff treated people so rudely. The lady at the front was obviously young and did not have very much experience working there and she charged my friend for the food that she didn't ask for. When my friend got served a differemt and bosy lady said said there was nothing she could do about it and that my friend could not get her money back. I get that it is hard to work at a busy maccas but have some respect for your customers and thoroughly listen to what they ask for.

Please have food fresh

The drive through does move pretty fast . It’s just once you get your food and check your bag the fries are cold , something is always missing my drinks get messed up .

I ordered a Big Mac and chips and do you know what I got?! NO BIG MAC. JUST CHIPS. I’m a very hungry adolescent teenager who was starving and DIDNT GET HER MAIN MEAL. I’m outraged AND HUNGRY!!! I got a refund but all I really want is my food. This is very poor behaviour AND I THINK ITS DISGUSTING. So if your wondering why I rated it a one is because IF I DIE OF STARVATION ITS MC DONALDS FAULT. I’m very disappointed, yours sincerely the-girl-who-didn’t-get-her-big-mac

Just disappointing

Disappointing small burgers , it’s simply not worth the money anymore, Burgerking get it keeping sizes , step up MC D .

Just bought two premium burgers and they are the size of a cheese burger , or at least how a cheeseburger used to be .

No, give me a burger from the local Pizzaman instead .
