Having booked the Swinden Court lounge for my late wife's wake the House Manager (Alli Lamb) willingly offered to organise the ordering of food/drinks, setting up the lounge and unpacking the refreshments so everything was ready when we all returned to Swinden Court from the crematorium to be offered a drink by Alli.
She certainly took some of the stress out of my day.

I moved into Clayton Court Burgess Hill 5 weeks ago. I previously lived in a house but it was becoming difficult with stairs etc, so reluctantly I decided to move to a McCarthy Stone one bed room flat, surprisingly the rooms are a good size bigger than my house. I have to say it was the best thing I have done and I am very happy. The house manager Jo is amazing, so helpful and nothing is too much trouble, she introduced me to Ed who does work for homeowners in his spare time and he has transformed my flat. It had been empty for three years so lots of things went wrong straight away, which he fixed and then decorated the whole flat, amazing. I can honestly say moving here was the right thing to do.

Updated review --I live in Bluebell house as a homeowner and made a mistake on my review I should have put 5 stars as there is now a new Estate Manager who deserves 5 stars as she has made the experience a pleasure and she is very efficient

Sprngkell Avenue, Pollockshields, Glasgow. I spent a weekend in the Guest Suite, visiting my yet sprightly mother. It is wondefully kept and catered for, the experience was fantastic. I would not stay anywhere else given the choice. Thank you for the kindness during my visit and the excellence of the serive provided. Particular thanks to Kate.
