The ability to purchase products not available at home is excellent. I took maybe a week/10 days from purchase to having it. The products was incredibly well protected and arrived without a scratch.

They canceled my order after three days—three days I could have spent finding an alternative, especially since this is my cat’s food. Very disappointing. I will never purchase from them again.

Sorry but for me is a big NO. Website shows items are available takes your money in meantime encourage you heavily to buy more, then later slowly one by one inform you that you order is cancel/ not available. Which I knew from the start sold out everywhere apart from their website they showed in stock. At the end J just felt like being scammed.
Would avoid especially now days when is so easy to search globally any website for availability or simple ask AI to do it for you.

Perfect hassle free from start to finish delivery

Very disappointed with my first order. Order was accepted and paid for two products but notified the next day that the one I really wanted was not in stock. Was it simply mispriced? Why quote delivery in 2 to 3 days if not in stock. And then they are taking 7 days to refund me. So they deliver goods quicker than processing an electronic payment. Now I'm a bank lending them money.

And a day later it is still available on their website. So it's very suspicious!

Ordered from Australia Hawkstone beer and everything arrived in one piece in a fairly timely matter.

Fast delivery to canada and I found most of what I was looking for on their website.

My kids miss the Mamia brand of kids rice cake from Aldi- couldn't find these on the website- not sure if they stock many Aldi brands, but otherwise satisfied with my shopping

I got everything I needed and the delivery was quick. My only problems came from the fact that three of the Oatibix packets had suffered slight damage at the hands of the courier, and the box was clearly stored somewhere where temperatures were too high as the chocolate biscuits were stuck together.

That apart - happy!

I love the fact you can order your favorite things from across the pond. Everything is packed carefully and there are zero damages. Yes, shipping is ridiculous but it is like that everywhere these days. My only thing is please update your items if they are out of stock or not. Some of the items I wanted were out of stock and I didn't find out until billing. The refund isn't instant. But I do like this website!

Great customer service! There was an issue with the shipping method on my order, but the team responded quickly and resolved everything professionally. Communication was friendly and efficient, and I received a refund for the shipping difference without any hassle.

This is the worst online purchase I've ever made. I've bought products from the UK at other stores, and I've never had a problem because they've always included all the necessary customs information in my orders. This store not only failed to do this, but they charged me over £100 more than two months ago without including all the required export documentation. My order is stuck because McGrocer is missing the necessary paperwork. Some of the products must have already expired. Today they're saying it's my responsibility. I haven't received my order, and they won't refund my money. I will never buy from them again, and I don't recommend them.

I placed an order with McGrocer, however the item became unavailable, I was refunded the full amount in a timely manner, no hassle and great communication.

Received everything I ordered. It was packaged well for shipping so the glass jars didn't break in transit. I'm so happy! Thank you so much. The whole experience was great and I would highly recommend.
