Great experienced, arrived well wrapped, on schedule, no hidden fee or duties.

Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered some items from Superdrug which were promised in around 4 days. After a month with no word I asked for a refund for the shipping fees. They refused and said they were running behind. After another few weeks I enquired again. Same response. Another few weeks, another email. They said the shipping details should have been sent to me but there was an error. Pack was now on its way. More weeks, no product. I asked for a refund. No response. Pretty sure the company is a sham. Avoid!

Very greedy shop. A blanket I had brought previously from Asda is on the website for £27.99 when I initially had brought it for £12 from Asda. I thought f%ck it it’s for my son so I’ll pay the stupid especially with his needs.. but it don’t stop there!!! You go to check out and the cost of shipping is ridiculous!!! £15.99 being the cheapest!! What??? Should be ashamed of themselves! 😒 looks like I’m still on the hunt for his blanket again!

Easy to order, fast processing and delivery.

Very good service, unfortunately the Mr Kiplings Battenburg cakes were squashed. We have still eaten them ( delicious) but just thought you might like to pack them a little differently. Thank you & Happy new year!

My order arrived missing a number of items.

It's been nearly a month and no one has bothered to reply to my numerous emails about the issue.

Off to my bank I go for a chargeback

Very responsive through out the order process, got the product quickly too once it was shipped.

Living in the US, I found this company as a single source to provide a specific cheese for the holidays. I built an order which primarily contained this cheese and threw in a couple of side items to build the order to an offered discount. McGrocer took the order and charged me for all items. After a week, I had to follow up to see why my order had not shipped. That prompted them to ship my order, but not tell me that I was not getting the cheese I wanted until after the order was shipped. I would have cancelled the whole order if I had known this was the case. The reason given was that it "Was out of stock in the US". Well, duh! If I could have gotten the cheese in the US, I would have not bothered paying import taxes and shipping from the UK! This was a shady way to do business with me.

Communication was excellent, service overall was great. And the shipping was way faster than anticipated! Thank you so very much, I’ll definitely be using this service again!

The company overpromises on shipping time, does not communicate and sells products it does not have. Communication is extremely slow and sparse. I will never shop from this site again, as it had me worried that it is a scam!

The company used to offer fair shipping rates to the USA. The last several months the prices have gone through the roof. I was told several times that it was an error with a new shipping company and that I should place an order and they would correct the shipping. They have since refused to amend the $208 shipping. Customer Service is a joke. They must fob off emails to a 3rd party company as they are useless.

Very sufficient, smooth experience, items were packaged carefully and securely, arrived in excellent condition. Delivery all together took one week which in my opinion is great, though I chose McGrocer over other companies because of faster delivery time and paid almost 2 times more hoping for my order to arrive within 4-5 days (I think delivery time listed on the website was 3 days). Still I'm very happy with their service.
