MCM Estates and Lettings 

I MUST strongly disagree with the negative comment on here . MCM has been my lettings agent for more years than I care to remember! they are honest and very fair, they ALWAYS get back to you and do actually care for their customers and have even advised me on property they don’t even manage of ours. I have recommend them to many of my friends who now use them, I would recommend them 110%

I am a disabled lady who has certain needs which had to be addressed, I have been a customer of MCM for over 4 years now.
We sat together waying up all my options before we decided on which property would best suit me. I am very pleased with the way I have been treated and would highly recommend to anyone.

I have used MCM as a letting agent for four years now. They are a local family run business. They take their time to understand your requirements and match suitable tennents to your property. Their communication is excellent offering a great personal service. I have purchased three properties through MCM, they are quick to highlight any potential risks which could delay the purchase which enabled me to quickly engage with solicitors to mitigate the risks. Would highly recommend MCM.

A great balance of the personal and professional. At a time of great stress when moving house they were always there to talk to and advise.Would definitely recommend.

Initially good. Particulars completed etc. But didn't keep in contact, said they would call back with information but this wasn't forthcoming.

Didn't advise of viewings or feedback afterwards, had no contact for a number of weeks.

Unfortunately I wasn't impressed if I'm honest. I know the main contact was off sick for some time but this shouldn't mean standards slip.

I would like to thank MCM, especially Carol and Nicky, for the quick sale of our property. Extremely friendly and efficient and keeping us up to date all through the process. Would highly recommend, and would definitely use them again.

I cannot fault MCM from the experience I had with them from start to finish. They were accommodating of my need for an evening viewing due to work, Tina and Nicky always kept in touch throughout the whole process and were always on hand to answer my questions quickly and explain anything to me which I didn’t understand. When things started to get a bit messy towards the end, Nicky really went above and beyond to make sure that everything went ahead as quickly as possible and was fantastic at chasing solicitors when I couldn’t! I felt genuinely valued and cared for as a buyer. Thank you so much to the MCM team for helping me buy my first house!

MCM are the best Lettings Agent I have ever known. They are always on top of things as regards maintenance of properties and chasing up rental arrears.
