Prompt response to initial online enquiry and appointment was made within a couple of days to fit the charger. Charger fitted with minimal disruption and Callum and Chris were efficient and friendly. A reassuring warranty provided for one year for the fitting and three for the charger itself. A further bonus is the post fitting technical support offered to get the best out the charger and the app which controls it if required.

From enquiry to installation, the process couldn't have been easier. Dave came out to do a site survey and provided a quote within 48 hours of initial enquiry, he was very knowledgeable and informed us on how to obtain a Government grant towards the installation. Chris completed the installation quickly and neatly.

Excellent professional service very efficient and smooth process

Excellent customer service - having installed a charge point initially a couple of years ago, the team came back to fix a fault. While there were a couple of challenges with the manufacturer, the customer service team was super helpful in working out a solution to enable us to get back up and running.

I had the pleasure of having Chris & Brody two electricians from McNally EV fit my spotlights today, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. They were highly professional, clearly explaining the alterations they planned to make and ensuring I was comfortable with every step. What stood out even more was their attention to detail in cleaning up afterward, leaving my home spotless. I highly recommend them for any electrical work!

Prompt and professional service. Did exactly what they promised to do - survey and fitting on the same day I contacted them. Arran and Kalem were courteous and knowledgable. Docked one star from 5 because they forgot to take the rubbish away (boxes and wire).

Fitted an EV home charger. Advised me on optimum positioning of unit and installed it quickly and neatly.

Engineers impressed me even during the initial survey. Their "can-do" approach made installation possible as my property probably wasn't a simple and standard for the EV charger installation.
Engineers communicated during each step and consulted any required changes. They cleaned up after completing the job, and of course showed me how to use the charger.

From requesting a quote through to the installation the service provided by McNally EV really was first class. Dave and Chris who organised everything for us through to the front line team, were all extremely professional and we found them all to be very helpful.
I would wholeheartedly recommend them to complete any work where you need something doing right!

The fitting at my home was hassle free and the young man that fitted it was great everything went very smoothly. No hesitation to recommend this company very professional

Josh installed the underground cable and worked like a trojan. Very efficient and cleaned up well when he had finished.

Was recommended by neighbour who had used McNally EV and I have to say they were spot on. Jordan in the office made the whole process easy and Arran and Brody who came and installed the charger did a great job. Listened to where I wanted the charger and gave their opinion which was welcomed. All in all great service and would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent service from start to finish... Jordan talked me through the best options for myself wrt to the electric company / charger options and how to best to install on the property. This was then reinforced by Connor who installed the ev point, talking me through the installation and how to use. Incredibly neat installation and stress free experience. Thanks to all the team!

Callum came to fit my EV charger, extremely professional and very neat and tidy instal. He explained how everything worked and showed me and my husband how to use the app and all the features. Excellent service and no issues

This is the second time I have used McNally EV and I cannot recommend the company enough. Fast initial communcitation over WhatsApp with a surprise early installation date, friendly admin staff and the engineers on the day, Kalem and Kayton were polite, hard working and efficient.
