Had ev charger fitted today by this company really friendly explained in detail how it all works even helped when it came to setting up on my phone the young man that helped me was Callum and what a credit to the company would highly recommend this company if your making the change to electric vehicles and purchasing your own charge point

Very professional and neat work. Required a bit of thought in how it was going to be installed due to the tricky location of the fuse box, but absolutely no hassle.

Really good experience. They contacted us the day before to advise of install time. Engineer did a great job, and he was very well mannered and pleasant. Only feedback is for engineer to stay onsite and wait for customer to download app and install it and test with charger as we had to ring Egg to get charger working with app

Good communication before, during and after the install. On the day the 2 lads from McNally EV were very thorough, ensuring that I was fully setup with everything I needed before they left.

Dave carried our a very thorough survey prior to installation, he listened to our requirements and concerns, which allowing us to proceed with confidence with the right solution. The installation was completed on time to a high standard by Christopher and we are delighted with the neat tidy finish. Many thanks to everyone.

My install was somewhat more complicated requiring a long cable run under some patio flags. McNally provided a one stop service coordinating a builder to sort the cable run (and fix the patio again), before then promptly installing the charger. Start to finish the job was quoted and done in two weeks.

Both the builder and the installer were also great, taking care to make sure we were happy with the installation. Kelly in the office was also great providing whatsapp updates beforehand and then calling to confirm it was all working afterwards.

I had a Ohme Home Pro wall charger fitted by Chris from McNally EV. Brilliant customer service and installation experience.

As I’m very much a newbie to the world of EV chargers, the administration staff Chantelle and Kerry, were very polite, friendly, patient with me and answered all questions professionally and were very helpful. Also getting into contact with me prior to the installation to make sure all was ok to go ahead as planned.

On installation day Chris was very professional, he hit a couple of problems but within a matter of a few minutes and having a chat with me, we changed a couple of things and before I knew it, he had it fitted and completed. Left everything clean and tidy and was very impressed with the professional look and fitment of the charger.

Would very much so recommend McNally. From start to finish was a very professional, friendly and polite experience.

Aaron and Conner turned up on time, and explained fully what they were going to do, even knocked on when the power was going off, within an hour the charger was fitted, clean and tidy from start to finish, thank you..

I had a Tesla Wall Charger installed today by Aaron and his colleague from McNally EV - Fantastic customer service and installation experience.

The administrative staff were very polite and made contact prior to installation, to ensure any questions were answered and that everything was still okay to go ahead as planned.

On the day of installation, the electricians arrived earlier than expected with groundworks not being complete in readiness for the cable route, but this was no issue and they were happy to wait without issue. Both installers were incredibly professional and took the time to understand exactly what was desired with the installation of the charger and cable routing. They installed the charger and took the time to ensure that the installation was cosmetically perfect.

I cannot recommend McNally EV enough for the installation of any EV charger. Clearly a great company with great staff in the office and electricians onsite.

Dave and Chris have provided a superb service. 5 Chargers installed at the business site with no issues. Coordinated with other facilities subcontractors and took me through the back office software. Managed the grants available to keep costs down.

An absolutely fantastic experience!! I enquired about the installation of an EV Charger at our home on Monday, Kerry and Chantelle were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I received our quotation within a few hours and the Charger was installed on Thursday. The Installation Engineers were polite, helpful and professional and extremely tidy.

Very efficient. Turned up on time, smart and tidy. Explained what they intended to do. Asked for my feedback on where I would prefer cable and charger placing. Clean , non invasive work done. Excellent installation service of Ohme Home Pro from start to finish. The booking through Audi UK was simple, agreeing the date with the office was a pleasure and the installation guys were very friendly and did an excellent job. I'd recommend McNally for EV Charger installation.

Right from the quotation, order (via Dave Evans), installation (Chris Emnot & Brody Raw - nice tidy work, cleaned up well, both friendly) and then commissioning - all explained well and went very smoothly. Each McNally person kept us up to speed throughout the process.

Well ! I would just like to say a massive thank you to this company from start to finish it was seamless. Thank you to the office staff who kept me updated on the issues I encountered from the beginning. I had a looped supply which meant nothing to me, but the office staff ( very helpful ladies) arranged Northern power grid to do some essential work before the installation. The guys who called to install were very professional helpful and polite, they even vacuumed before they left. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company to install a EV charger.
