Zappi 2 with myenergi hub and harvi installed. Excellent support from Rachel and Nicola in setting up installation. Helpful and informative pre installation site visit. Reasonable quote and installed the next day. Very professional fitting from Aiden, Joe and Tom. Would recommend to anyone looking for Zappi installation.

These guys provide an accurate quote before performing the works, arrive on time, do the tidiest of jobs (and this is coming from someone with OCD) and they keep you informed at every stage.

I initially used McNally for an EV charger installation after a neighbor recommended them, and have since used them again for other electrical works.

I simply haven't experienced this level of care with any other building related trade before.

Staff in the office are pleasant and very informative, and the electricians a true credit to the company.

Brilliant customer service. Scheduled installation around me collecting my new car at short notice. Engineer highlighted some potential issues with the way the garage had been wired - managed to reach a great solution and came back later in the day when I'd got back from work to run through using the new charge point. Would highly recommend.

The engineer who came did a fantastic, neat and tidy job and cleaned up after himself. He also arrived right on time and I was kept up to date with a call to confirm the day before and a message to let me know he was on the way. Overall I would definitely recommend McNally EV to anyone, excellent service.

Your engineer ( Gary ) arrived exactly on time today to supply and install our Shell Advanced Recharger. He was very efficient and polite. He appeared very knowledgable and well prepared. He answered all my queries and was most helpful. He installed everything in a really neat and tidy way and cleared up afterwards, having shown me how to operates the new system. Truly excellent service !

Excellent service and value for money

I received an email the morning of the install with an eta. The engineer arrived in time and did a great job with no fuss and very little mess. He explained everything to me on completion.

The company recently installed an EV charger for me. The installation team were polite and considerate, providing advice on the options for a difficult instal.

The work was completed to a high standard and the site was left tidy. A follow up call to the company for some advice was quickly followed up and a minor issue dealt with. Would recommend the company to anyone wanting an EV charger.

The McNally team were brilliant from start to finish. They had me booked in a timely fashion and the install was tidy, efficient and done on time. I would 100% recommend.

Request for feedback 2.5 years after not replying to requests for installation. Not ideal.

Previously I was a little sceptical about EV and home chargers. However when the time came to get one the service received start to finish from McNally EV was excellent.
pre-install I was supported in completion of the documents and the information required. The install itself was very prompt and the workmanship is of a very high standard.
They even managed to accommodate a last minute request to install and external wall socket at the same time.
Brilliant service and my previous perception over thinking it would be hard work, complicated and expensive to sort a home charger couldn't be further from the truth.
Highly recommend!

McNally’s installer, Joe B, was helpful and communicative whilst handling our slightly unusual installation. He dealt with a commissioning hiccup calmly and effectively and left us with a neatly installed and fully function EV charge point, just as we’d asked for.

What a fabulous team they have. Nicola is such a delight.

Great company. Turned up when the said they would. Explained what was going to happen and were just really helpful. The company I work for had used them for a couple of terminals in the staff car park and they’d carried out loads of research in companies so I knew McNally was the right choice for us too. Would highly recommend.

I was recently recommended McNally EV for installing my new EV point by a friend who had used them previously and said they were fantastic.
I've just used their services and I can say I'm certainly NOT disappointed, the communication throughout and attention to what I actually wanted and needed was great.
My workplace are looking to expand the EV chargers and I've passed on details for them to quote based on experience to date.
