Brodie and Tom arrived punctually, What pleasant young men!
They advised and agreed with me the best route and position of the EV Charger. The quality of work was exceptional. Brodie took time after the installation in helping with the Ohme App and guiding me through the set up. I cannot recommend and praise the lads and company high enough.

Good communication with Kerry from the start. On installation date, the lads turned up and did a great job installing the new charger they provided exactly as I wished running the cable under the house in the floor void.

Bumblebee contracted in McNally and they were the highlight tbh. Good communication. Came as promised and excellent engineer did a first rate job. Fast, professional and efficient. Can finally charge the car!

We chose McNallys as they are a local company with a good reputation. I requested an engineer to visit us as my wish was to connect the EV charger into a distribution board in the garage as opposed the house - however this board had no spare ways.

McNally's not only supplied a the charger but also installed a new board in the garage and wired back all existing cables.

All work was carried out swiftly, with no mess or disruption and the whole installation is top class.

The engineers who carried out the work are a credit to the company.

Brody and his colleague fitted my EV charger yesterday.
I was very impressed with their work. The installation was more complex than normal as the electricity supply is on one side of the house, and the charger on the other. The cables had to run through the house as we have solid floors.
The McNally team ran the cables very carefully so the are not visible in the house. They connected the charging box, and ensured it linked with our solar panels so we can charge directly from the panels if we want.
The team worked professionally, and left everything tidy.
I would have no hesitation in recommending McNally for fitting an EV charger.

They did a great job installing a charger at my house. I was offered a free charger through work but the contractor wouldnt attempt the install as it was "non standard". The lads who came didnt have an easy time locating cables that were installed by a previous owner but they persevered and got the job done. Highly reccommended

Dave and his team have been absolutely fantastic. From the first site visit to a speedy install I simply cannot fault McNally EV.
The engineers were extremely friendly and professional and are a credit to the company.
I was under a time restraint and needed this installing promptly, and Dave and his team delivered.

McNally were very helpful and explained everything well, they advised us as to which charger for our needs. The fitters were professional and left things tidy.

Be warned they agree to do a job then at the lat min say they need more time/cable and demand further payments to complete the job. Not reliable and not reputable so best to avoid them.

I first started speaking with McNally EV around 3 months ago when I was looking to install a home EV charger. My situation wasn’t straightforward as I had a single phase electricity supply but needed to upgrade to three phase, and I also wanted the setup to be future proofed for a second EV charger down the line.

From the beginning, McNally EV were outstanding. They provided technical guidance, talked me through the different charger options, and explained the pros/cons of each choice in a way that was clear and easy to understand. They also advised on daisy chaining the setup properly so everything was ready for a second charger in the future.

They handled the application to Northern Powergrid on my behalf. There were a few speed bumps along the way with the three phase supply installation from Northern PowerGrid/British Gas, but McNally's were flexible with timings and arrangements, and adapted without any fuss whenever plans had to change.

When it came to the installation itself, the 2-man team who came out were excellent. The workmanship was very tidy, and done with care and attention to detail. It was a professional install, with care taken with the cable positioning and entry point to the plant room.

I also want to give a shout out to Kerry, who works internally at McNally's. She has been incredible from start to finish. Even when there were changes on my side and things needed adjusting multiple times, she was always responsive, helpful, and really supportive throughout the entire process.

Overall, from initial advice to final installation, McNally's have been phenomenal. A highly professional, knowledgeable, and reliable company that I have already recommended to a friend of mine who owns a car showroom in Shipley.

Great response from the team from the outset. They installed an EV charger and I then got them to come back and install batteries to complement the solar panels I had. Everyone was very responsive right from ordering to confirming dates and turning up on time. All the guys doing the installs were very nice and professional and am now saving money on my electric. Would highly recommend the, price was very competitive too!

Young men who attended and carried out installation were polite, efficient and very helpful with showing the system once fitted......in appalling weather, I'd add.
They just cracked on.

First the response from sales was excellent, they were then able to offer installation the next day. This was carried out by lunchtime. The unit works brilliantly, they also registered the unit. Overall McNally electric delivered everything they promised with excellent service at a very reasonable price.

I had an Ohme Home Pro EV charge point installed by McNally EV. From the initial contact, through to having to change the date (my fault) and the installation on the day, I was very happy with the entire process and would highly recommend Arran. He planned, carried out and cleaned up after the installation as if he was working on his own property and was rightly proud of the job. Thank you Arran and McNally EV!

McNallyEV arranged and installed an EaseeOne charger in Feb25. On Sunday morning there was no power shown at the box so I emailed McNally and left a message on their answerphone.
Just before 8.30 Monday morning I had a phone call from McNally to discuss the symptoms, followed shortly later by the office to say that an engineer would be at my house “between 11 and 2”.
Chris arrived with a new circuit breaker and replaced the faulty unit by 1350. I cannot give enough credit to the friendliness and professional manner in which my problem was resolved. Thank you very much.

Had our Zappi 3 years now and it’s been brilliant. Good comms through the software. Very happy with the installation and the answers to the odd question since then.
