MCPEmails is a hosted MCP server that gives AI agents real access to your email. Connect Gmail, iCloud, Fastmail, Yahoo, Zoho, Yandex, or any IMAP and SMTP mailbox, then use it from Claude, Cursor, VS Code, ChatGPT, or any other MCP client. Your agent can read, search, organise, draft, schedule, and send mail in the account you already use. There is no forwarding address and no second inbox to maintain. The design rule is that email is fetched live and never stored. We hold your mailbox credentials, encrypted at rest, and nothing else. Messages pass through on the way to your agent rather than being copied into a database. Sending sits behind a review and approval hold, so a model cannot put mail in front of your contacts without you seeing it first. The whole server is open source under AGPL-3.0. You can read exactly what it does, or self-host the same stack and keep your credentials on your own hardware. Pricing starts free and stays free for a single inbox: 150 email actions a month, with the first seven days uncounted. Personal is $5 a month for three mailboxes. Pro is $15 a month for every mailbox you own. Team adds members, roles, and SSO. MCPEmails is built and run by Asgeir Albretsen in Bergen, Norway, through Albretsen Consulting, a registered Norwegian sole proprietorship (organisation number 926 646 753). What an Amazing product and service…

What an Amazing product and service from MCP Email. We were a little hesitant because of the limited reviews, but we can only give the most amazing reports on the client service we have received and the product itself. Everything integrated extremely easily, and this has been a genuine game changer for our business's email function. It saved us a great deal financially and avoided going down the Business Gmail / Microsoft 365 route. We have been able to keep our own email provider and use MCP Email to integrate AI functionality with such ease.

There are surprisingly few options in this space, but MCP Email is the only one you should use. Highly recommend it and we have already signed up for a year.
