Well the delivery company called and…

Well the delivery company called and said they were going to deliver and then it never showed up when calling them they said they had lost my order and would call me back and didn't called again and they said they were still looking called two days later told me to call MDG to let them know my order has been lost. MDG told me they had to call delivery company to make sure it was lost. Received email saying they were looking into it. And would get back to me. Not happy!!!!

I was approved for 2500 about 2 or 3…

I was approved for 2500 about 2 or 3 years ago, never used the credit, even though there were times I was going to but never happened. In any case, my line of credit went from 2500 to 3000. But at the same time, I was given an offer for a cash advance for 2400. And in short, I was denied the cash advance plus ➕️ MDG also took away my line of credit for 3000. Now even though, my credit score went down to lose out on the cash advance, who cares, but to take away my line of credit is bullshit and that's why I'm stating to applicants, do yourself a favor, look elsewhere. Don't mess with this company, they're bullshit and I BELIEVE MDG knew about my credit score dipping below their credit standards, so they made this cash advance offer to not only turn me down for the cash advance, but also take away my line of credit, in which, they might not have been able to without the offering. When you the name MDG, keep it moving they're not worth applying, stay away from them, they're not good for business.

I bought a couch and loveseat

I bought a couch and loveseat from them, was delivered within 2 weeks. Excited! New furniture first time in my life.
Super disappointed. Tried assembling per instructions, couldn’t get the “armrests” on. The instructions were simple, slide on from rear of couch before putting the back in.Despite my best efforts, I had to remove the plates and loosen them to fit. Now it slides back and forth while sitting on it. The other one just came right off. The stitching is open on both pieces and over time that willl fray. I had so much trouble I had to have my neighbors try. Even they were perplexed. I sent pictures and video and all I have received is snarky comments about “not cooperating”. I was at work when they requested more pictures of the labels and complete pictures of the set. I left work in order to deal with it in a timely manner because I was threatened several times in email if I do not send complete information by the end of the week (everyone is on vacation anyways) that my case will be closed. This has happened twice. My concerns are not validated and I am thoroughly disgusted with how I have been treated during this process.
I have been with MDG for many years. I could have ordered the exact same set off Amazon and been treated respectfully.

I order 2 items a set of speakers and a bbq plancha! I was surprised how fast the speakers arrived at my door steps!! bran new ! Right colour and exactly as expected sounds great! They gave me a chance when no one else would

They gave me a line of credit when no one else would. i have increased my credit since ive been dealing with them. i received things that i needed and wouldnt have been able to get otherwise. the process was very easy to do and the people were always very helpful. they answered any questions i had and had patience with me. it was a very positive experience
