Beware! Do not waste your money. I received my bras a month after I ordered them. They had been shipped from China which they do not disclose. When I got them, I opened only one and it was cheaply made very low quality. I contacted the company to ask for a return authorization and they said I could not return them because they are "intimate apparel" and they were on sale. Their website clearly has a 30-day from the day you receive them money back guarantee. They are liars!

DO NOT order from this company! It took almost 2 months to get my cheap, piece of garbage bra that does not even resemble the advertised product. Also, I just discovered they have been charging my card every month for the item... as if I was buying it over and over again. Thank God for Amex!

Fraud! Run! Every month they attempt to charge my card however I had to close it due to their authorized reoccurring charges.

I ordered 2 bras 3 months ago and i havent received my package. Dont buy from this company all they do is steal your money. And they refuse to give you your money back.

I don't even want to give this company a 1 star but it appears I must to get to leave this review. I, too, followed the sizing chart & was so excited to get the bras they promoted. WRONG! They do not fit nor support my back, lift my breasts or anything else they said. I sent an email to them & they WILL NOT refund my money! What a waste of $40. Don't waste your time on them.

I helped my mother purchase several bras, which turned out to be a FAKE order. What i am worried now is how these idiot scammers have my moms info. I have emailed countless time and have ask for my money back. And yet keep getting there BS Advertising, after speaking to a "supervisor " live chat personal and waiting for a new order i still got nothing if anyone makes a complaint with the BBB please let me know because I will never trust these liars EVER!!!!

Garbage. Pure garbage. Only gave 1-star because there isn’t anything less. Followed sizes/measurements on size chart exactly. Items did not fit, were terrible quality, and they will not refund you any money, even though their website claims they have a 100% money-back guarantee on everything. This place is fraud!!! Do not waste your time and money. No customer service! Their count of satisfied customers has to be as much of a lie as their return policy. Looking into legal action. Have screenshots from website of return policy when I ordered. They can eat the legal fees too. I hope this company takes a hard crash. Pure thieves!!!

My item allegedly shipped 60 days ago. I reached out to the team 30 days after my order because I received no contact or shipping. I keep getting generic responses when I email them. I told them to cancel it and give me a refund and they told me that I didn't do it within 24 hours of placing my order. Because it shipped (60 days ago) I cannot get a refund. They have the nerve to send me the link for returns when I expressed my issue but yet on their website they're not taking any returns do the virus. I would love to be able to rate a product, but I can't since they can't get it to me yet advertise that 30 days if you don't like it a full refund well it's been 60 and I don't like not having the product to try so why no refund?
And it isn't a virus delay where shipment is held. According to the tracking, it has been in my city and then shipped out of my state and then in my city again and shipped out of the state again something seems very suspect.

I ordered a 3XL bra. Paid a little extra for faster shipping. It still took almost a month to get here. Then when I opened it, it was a medium at best. The tag says 3XL, but it is NOT!!! Then they tell me they can't give me my money back. What a rip off. Don't waste your money buying anything from this site.

Company is a fraud I ordered five bras according to their size chart, I receive them and they were way too small and they won’t return or exchange them horrible horrible company if anyone has had a problem with them please turn them into the Better Business Bureau

The bra didn't in any way look like the one pictured on the website, where it showed a bra with the lace supports halfway over the midline of the bust. The bra I received had very narrow lace supports, which just slid down under the cups and my bust. It's my fault because I didn't read the return policy on the website. I sent an email to ask what I should do for a return, and the reply email listed a rambling description which did not answer my question. The email even included jokes about my cat wearing the garments: oh, please! I don't even own a cat, so what was the purpose of that stupid "joke"? When I tried to check the return policy online, I discovered that there were "no returns on sale items." Meadde offered a discount on first purchases, so I'm **** out of luck, I guess. I'm glad I spent only $15 on this piece of trash. It's too bad that I don't own a cat or dog, because at least then I could let them have the bra for a chew toy!

This is the worst purchase. The item's I received were not the size I ordered. The items have no identifying tags on the garments. The size on the bag were not the size of the garments. I'll spread the word about what a rip off & con Meadde.com is.

Ordered April 15,2020, just got my order today it's June 25,2020 and didn't even get everything I purchased.

It took over a month to receive my bra and it is the worse bra. It is like a cheap sports bra with even less support. I followed the size chart and my boobs overflow from the side. Does not lift. I wish I had researched before I bought. Luckily I only bought one. After reading these comments I am nervous of being repeatedly charged..and you can't review the bra on their website.. How convenient.

I ordered back in April 2020 and I never received my merchandise. I tried to call them, there wasn't any contact number. I wrote them and I always get this automated response telling me that package was successfully delivered and an USPS tracking number was provided. I went to USPS and I was told that number doesn't exist in their ststem. I strongly believe this company is scamming customers.

Please, please, please do not even go to the Meadde website. I ordered from them 3 weeks ago, I still have not recieved my product. I have emailed them about 15 times and they keep sending me the same bull crap email back stating that they have a high quantity of messages right now. If that was true it would just be people trying to get there money back...same as me!!

This company gets your credit card or bank card and charges it about every two weeks for 18.47. Had to cancel my card to stop this.

Not even the right size..ordered by their size chart. It's most uncomfortable bra..not only are parts to big and others to small a $9 sports bra from walmart has more support and no metal latches to dig into ur sides or underside of bra..it's a totally waste of money and took forever to recieved and customer service was just like it's in transit.
